Was told by employee that they cater to drive thru only. Was dining in and Waited for someone to come to register for over 10minutes with multiple people looking at us.
Horrible customer service. Went to get a few Nashville hot chicken little sandwiches. Left realized there was hardly any sauce on it. Went back and asked for a side of the sauce because they are typically tossed in the stuff and there was hardly any on it, only a quarter amount on top and the guy yelled at me that, that was the normal amount and that if I wanted extra I should have ordered extra when I placed the order. Never had any problems at the Springboro location. Food is really good and so is the service.
