The girl taking orders and manning the drive through window is very rude and talks crap about the customers. Far as i can tell its been going on for a while but they keep letting it happen. Example of piss poor management!

The worse KFC I have been to so far. My chicken was overcooked and very dry. I ordered the waffle, chicken thigh and leg combo meal. I ordered crispy and it was too crispy and kind of dry. There was barely any meat and mostly very crunchy skin. They forgot my maple syrup and I had to turn around to go back and get some. I should've listened to the other reviews. I'll never go back to that location ever again.

If I could this place 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service!!! They have the worst customer service I have seen. The young lady working the drive thru is awful, very rude and disrespectful. I was ordering 8 piece all drumsticks one min she says she can’t the next says she can then says she can’t again and says to go Lee’s. These young kids def need to learn some work ethic and manners!!! Hopefully corporate does something about it!

I usually have no issues at this location but they kinda had a domino affect this afternoon. I get home and have 0 sauce, 1 fork for 2 meals, warm coleslaw in a cold container somehow and no butter or honey for our biscuits. Whyd u have to do me dirty kfc😔

As someone who's worked in drive thru with 2 years experience. I can't understand why the people act like they do. I have gone again and again thinking it's just one day or one person but no. I have been shown disrespect after disrespect a few times after a 8 hour shift just to get attitude from someone I just saw walk and clock in. The only reason I think this place is still alive is cause of 5 star reviews FROM YEARS AGO

Wasn’t given whole order in drive thru (yes we checked, double checked) and then they argued with us about checking the bag again. Either give me the item you missed or miss the whole sale and refund me. Ridiculous. Thanks for arguing with us over a 10 piece nugget.
You guys are getting bad at ensuring orders are correct. 10/28 forgot sauces. 10/31 i ask for breast and thigh and I recieved a thigh and leg.

I have never felt so unwelcome in a place before. They need to take down that sign treat everyone like a friend. It was very obvious they do not want people to eat inside of this restaurant. We asked a simple question about our order to which she simply replied I don't know and walked off. Then after we got our order and asked for salt and pepper she just looked at us went to drive through took an order and said nothing so I stood there until she finally brought us some salt and pepper. This was a very unfriendly girl. Food was good but we will not be back ever!

The whole dining area was dirty and had an odor. If you were able to get the staff to acknowledge you, whatever you were asking for seemed to be a big inconvenience for them. The food was only OK and you definitely didn't get much for your money.
