I usually love the Springboro location not today my calzone and my pizoli was over cooked and burnt i.will think twice before I order from them ,not what I paid for BURNT FOOD, I spoke with the manager he gave me a credit, but it wasn't a good experience
Great pizza, clean building.
Great food...fast service 💯💯
The pizza was delicious. They put a fair amount of toppings on them. The outer crust was a bit too large and by that I mean it went pretty far into the pizza not just an outer ring. Overall I would eat from here again.
Here's some good advice. Ya said my pizza would be done in 15 minutes, and I arrived in 10. By the time I went inside, the pizza was already in the box and waiting. Let me tell you something: finishing the pizza as quickly as possible doesn't make it (or you) a winner. There's no heart or care it how you are making your pizza, and it shows with the bland flavor and poor presentation when I opened the box. The restaurant was empty; what was the rush? I would have been better off licking the bottom of a boot than enjoy this pizza. It was disappointing.
I guess it was good while it lasted. The crew os overcharging customers. Refusing to make reasonable accomidations and blaming everything on the computer and refusing in the end to give a refund.
I will never order from this location again. My 2 liter was expired and flat. The pizza was sloppy, not fully cut and just awful. It's obvious they rushed my order. A waste of money and my lunch break.

Under new mis-management.
This store use to make great pizzas. I had been happy with it since I moved to the area in 2005.
Ordered twice last week and both pizzas both times were inedible. We ate one slice from both pizzas and then threw them away because we were so disgusted. Both orders were completely wrong. Skimpy ingredients. Cooked incorrectly. Sloppy. Delivered cold. Management simply does not care about their product or customers.
DO NOT waste your money at the store.

Pizza was great, just a shame the delivery driver emptied his trash on the driveway in front of our front door.

Assuming it was the manager I dealt with didn't catch their name but it was 7pm 8-4-24 he just genuinely seems like a super nice guy who cares about his customers

We ordered a large deluxe w/old world pepperoni well done.
With garlic sauce on the side.
Well shame on me for not checking but i drove 20 minutes to pick up.
Got back home and there was no old world pepperoni the pizza was burnt well done does not mean the crust is totally black and not edible.
We immediately called back and the manager said we have new people here they make mistakes.
No apologies just an offer of an $8.00 in store credit. The Pizza and Salad was $18.58
We will never eat @ Marcos again nor will I recommend my company to purchase from them during company functions.
To put it bluntly Marcos Pizza sucks…i see why they have had to close several Dayton locations!
Avoid Marcos Pizza in Springboro at all costs..you would be better off with a $2.00 Kroger Frozen Pizza that you cook in the microwave.
