Went there early afternoon before work and they are next to seven brew . Seven brew was packed like really packed so I picked McDonalds which had nobody . I waited and waited and waited all the while watching next door as seven brew cust line was long but fast and they was moving while I’m stopped in a dead restaurant. Then I was told some bs about the caramel not working . Total bs cashiers tell customers to passify them . Will never go any McDonald again . This was a first visit in over a year and it’s the last . McDonald’s time is an end . It was a good run but time to retire .

Door Dash issues.
Apparently they like to charge for hash browns but never give them away. Yesterday I ordered two and got one and today ordered two and when the DD arrived - none.
Tried to call the location to speak with a manager and a recording said no one was available. Click.
Mistakes happen but when they happen over and over and over it makes no sense to continue dealing with the same store.

i come thru here all the time an it’s terrible. every single time i wait at least 10 minutes an get old food an have to wait 10 more minutes for fresh food. they are all very rude an disrespectful everytime i come thru as well. this time did it for me. they refused my refund after i wanted 30 minutes for fresh food was very very rude abt it an they gave me back old food again. i will be calling abt it. the girl td was short skinny an old with brown hair. i went over 12 am

I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but it consistently takes 20 minutes or more to get a receive a simple order (2 fries, a cheeseburger, and nuggets). What happened to fast. What's the point of a pre-order.

This place is okay. They get your order right about 75% of the time. There is limited parking and the employees take that up so there is hardly anywhere to park.

It's ok. Hit or miss. We live just down the street and come here every so often.
Food is ok most of the time.
They tend to mess up orders alot at this location.
They have you pull around the building or into a side spot every time you go through the drive thru.
We were ignored for awhile, even after someone saw us. Then the person who took our order didn't apologize for the wait, and finally our order was wrong. These people aren't making a good case for the amount of money they think they should be making.

I ordered a McRib extra sauce only sauce no pickle no onion and they put Big Mac? Sauce on it and the cashier was very nice it was made wrong I went right back thru and it was wrong again after waiting all year for a McRib I’ll wait a week for my local McDonald’s to get it since this one can’t a sandwich right

Unsure if the drive-thru staff have any brain cells or deaf. Perhaps they have the iq of a potato but had to drive off due to them not having the mental capacity to understand chicken nugget kids meal with a diet coke.
