One of a few experiences at this store. Delivery was fast. Driver polite. Stoners in store can’t read three toppings right. When i call and tell them, i was basically called a liar by the shift manager. Then lied to buy same manager (Angie). For a sub par pizza, at top dollar prices, I’d rather just get digiorno. At least they can get the toppings right, and aren’t rude to the customer.

For my daughter’s birthday party, we placed an order several days in advance for 20 pizzas, scheduled for delivery at 5:15 PM on 3/21. We even called the day before to reconfirm, and both times we were assured that everything was set.
However, on the day of the event, at approximately 4:00 PM, we received a call from the store stating that our order had been prepared early due to a system error. While we understand that mistakes can happen, we informed them that we could not accept the pizzas at that time, as we had not yet arrived at the venue. The delivery driver was understanding and agreed that the pizzas would need to be remade for the scheduled time.
Shortly after, the store manager called and insisted that the pizzas had to be delivered immediately due to a lack of storage space. When we explained that this was not an option and requested fresh pizzas at the scheduled time, the manager refused. When we asked to speak with someone higher up to resolve the issue, the manager responded unprofessionally—LAUGHING and stating that they could not provide their supervisor’s information. We were never once offered any alternative or help in this situation, only made to feel this was our fault and our problem now. The exact opposite of what anyone should be dealing with an hour before their child's birthday party. The way the manager spoke to us and was unwilling to make things right was absolutely horrible and unacceptable.
Ultimately, due to the poor handling of the situation and the unprofessional treatment we received, we had no choice but to cancel the order entirely. This experience was disappointing, especially considering that we had planned in advance to ensure a smooth event.

I placed an order by calling them and they lost my order. They did not have anything to say about it besides we were out of luck. Absolutely disappointing and not happy. One order before they left my pizza outside on my door without knocking and I had to call them to figure out it was delivered. The service sucks. I 1000% say order from the germantown one if you want pizza. They are nice and very helpful. But Nathan at Springboro is very disrespectful and not a good worker.

Pizza was good, carry out was backed up but still food was hot and ready.
The best thing about this place is the delivery driver who has been with them for years. However, the last time I placed an order, I went to pick it up. My son really wanted PJ's pizza and I didn't have much money but splurged to spend $20 for us. The employee who rang me up noticed I didn't tip, and as I was walking out, she sighed really loud and yelled no tip. The food however is always good. Fresh and hot.

I was told the pepperoni and sausage pizza would be delivered between 22 and 28 minutes when I placed my order on the phone at 5:28 pm this evening. It hadn't been delivered at 6:00 so I called. The manager said he had just gotten in to work and was taking my pizza out of the oven as we spoke. It was delivered at 6:35 and was stone COLD and had little or no pepperoni and sausage on it. The sauce was just thrown on and they took the time to put about 8 slices of pepperoni on and a few sausage crumbles. They must have made this right after my order was placed on the phone and it just sat around till I driver got around to delivering it. All in all with the delivery fee it cost. $22.78. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Never again. Papa John's was good twenty years ago but it sure has gone to hell in a hand basket.
