Penn Station East Coast Subs

Walked in to place an order, ordered right to a employees face, got my food thinking I just ordered 10 minutes ago and he put down my order in the computer so I don’t have to worry about it being right and they forgot my fries and my sub was wrong I really don’t know how hard it is to get a sub and a fry right but definitely won’t be coming back to this place!!

Just got the Skimpiest Chicken teriyaki Sub of my life literally 3 small pieces of Chicken on each side of my regular sub cut in half. Ridiculous wasted 12$

brianna was rude as all get out! walked in and seemed annoyed we were in there and was very snappy, huffing and puffing. not nice or welcoming at all. me and my friend talked about it afterwards and were both very disrespected by it.

Service is always great at this location. I rarely eat Penn Station because everytime I do, I'm disappointed. Only ate here today because We was kind of in a rush (quick lunch break). I swear Penn Station puts the least amount of Meat on Their Cheesesteaks out of everyone. And always so dry.
Service was great, Food was average I guess and atmosphere is ok. It was $11.09 for a regular cheese steak and a water. And like I said, the Regular Cheese Steak is VERY VERY light on the meat😞

I stopped in on Tuesday, September 2 2025 to get the buy one get one deal, which I have included a photo of the poster for the deal that is on the outside of the building. When I was home, I tried to find any info about it online and couldn’t find anything. The person behind the counter told me that the Bengals did not play therefore there was no deal today, even though the poster said the deal starts Aug 26. Nowhere on the poster does it say that, in fact, it says if you are in their club, every Tuesday, they’ll send you a reminder of the buy one get one deal. Apparently there are many exceptions that are not stated. In my opinion, this felt like false advertisement.

The lady taking my order sigh as I was ordering, very unprofessional. I ordered to go and when I go home to eat my sub tasted funny , like a fish oily taste , my taste buds are off. Brushed my teeth, taste bud still off. This was between 7:30-8:00 pm. Not to mention, the other lady who wrapped my sub sneezed!!! On the issue about the sub having a fish oily taste, I am just praying it was not cross contaminated.

Placed an order for pickup. When I walked in there was no greeting just angry faces. I approached the counter stated I was there for a pickup order. The only pleasant person was a young blonde girl. However a robust rude brunette was at the register and never uttered a word. Just gave dirty looks to the people waiting for orders. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. People pay with the money they work for to receive good food and customer service. To be met with dirty looks and not speak a word is completely unacceptable and she should be fired. This happened August 8th around 6:30pm. She should not be the person customers have to interact with or lack there of.

Always so good.

Being a PA guy, I always gone to PS for the cheese steaks. This trip was very disappointing. Not much steak and what there was was not very flavorful. Fries were good though…

You can always count on and awesome sandwich here!

Plenty of places to sit while you stuff your face and one of my favorite places for a grilled sub! The Italian is the way to go.

This restaurant was the best run Penn Station I’ve been to and the food was excellent. Thanks guys!
