The manager is a god awful along with one of the girl workers. They got my order wrong last time i came and i mentioned it and the manager came to the window and said it was on me and i decided to drive off and he went outside the window yelling at me. This time i got here 2 minutes before the time it told me to and i waited in a long line so this girl told me i am here too early and i have to go around and pull through the line again. I dont recommend this place theyre horrible!!!!

Food is always soggy can not fallow instructions it never fails that they always mess up my Italia sub (how!?) and the employees are MISERABLE! And rude super disappointed... just call a some rude man answer the phone and said Penn Station Hold ... then left me on hold for five minutes... I hung up and just called the one by the Dayton mall at least they do a better job ... they need to correct these ppl who work here they are so rude
