Guy at the call center said no deals with pizza and wings: none at all, which is totally implausible. But I ordered a pizza and wings for $29. There’s a huge sign on the door when I picked up the food: 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks for $25. They were completely powerless to help me in the store. Apparently “we weren’t answering the phone because we’re busy” and the call center orders are etched in stone forever. But they offered to sell me breadsticks for ANOTHER $5 on top of the $5 they already ripped me off. What a scam. Staff were very nice though.

This pizza has improved significantly! The food (in my experience) is always spot on, and is ready quickly! The staff are very prompt on greeting and taking care of you!
Parking: This location is located in a strip mall, and has minimal parking on their end of the building.... but you can always find a place! You may just have to park a few stores down.
Kid-friendliness: This location is not a dine in, and has a small waiting lobby with chairs for 4. They are very tolerant and friendly with the children!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is not a wheelchair access infront of this location.

The food wasn’t bad, but not cooked all the way my sin sticks were dough in the middle somehow and I don’t mean oh nice pull apart delicious fluffy bread. It was dough and stringing. like cheese but not cheese.
The service was horrible. I did a walk-in no one was there then when someone came to the front they asked if I had an order already made I’ve tried to call and the phones weren’t working or anyone picking up and I don’t have the app because I don’t get pizza that often so I tried to do a walk-in the guy literally rolled his eyes and then placed my order. I tried to ask a question and he just said I don’t know, he really did not care about placing my order. He didn’t know what was on the menu even though he works there. The guy was not very welcoming. The atmosphere was trashy. I understand that it’s a delivery carry out only place, but it should be a lot cleaner than that.
Parking: no wheelchair accessible or any handicaps spots to park.
Online order was ready a couple minutes early, exactly as we ordered it. Pretty solid experience!

Kid-friendliness: The staff goes over and beyond to make a child feel special.
Called ahead today to order 2 pizzas for my kids through the Book It program, which I mentioned while placing the order. When I and my excited kids arrived to pick up the order, I presented the coupon codes on my phone for payment and was told those were not valid and I had to have an actual print out coupon to redeem the offer. There was no sympathy or apology for the inconvenience, just a very "that's just the way it is" attitude by the one worker. Extremely disappointing customer service!

Everything was good except for the parking lot. I backed into an end spot. I always back in everywhere I go. The lot had a high curd on the passenger side of my car. Where I should have just possibly scratched my tires, the very edge ripped my lower trim and bent metal, because I WASNT aware it was that much higher than all the others curbs. It looks like I am not the only one. Property owner of strip mall should have this taken down.

Never really liked pizza hut before eating at this one. have gotten the $10 Large pizza carry out a couple times and the dinner boxes and the food is always amazing. employees are always so nice as well

I stopped for 18 months. Went by the store for wings. Manager assured me I'd get sauce on my pizza. I ordered pepperoni lovers large with extra sauce. Almost no Pizza Sauce! I've seen complaints other places about little or no sauce. The pizza was terrible. And the honey wings were over cooked! Little knots of hard to chew chicken.. I will say usually their chicken is pretty good.
