We ordered pizza for a company appreciation event from Pizza Hut in Springboro. We could not have been more pleased! I worked with the manager, Sara, who is amazing. We had to change our order a couple of times and she handled it like a charm. Our pizzas were recieved hot out of the oven - exactly as ordered. They were delicious!

It's not the Pizza Hut it used to be. Small, crowded and impersonal. The staff is friendly and got a great deal but the food is cooked in a conveyor oven now; like most Pizza places anymore and does not taste the same.

Guy at the call center said no deals with pizza and wings: none at all, which is totally implausible. But I ordered a pizza and wings for $29. There’s a huge sign on the door when I picked up the food: 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks for $25. They were completely powerless to help me in the store. Apparently “we weren’t answering the phone because we’re busy” and the call center orders are etched in stone forever. But they offered to sell me breadsticks for ANOTHER $5 on top of the $5 they already ripped me off. What a scam. Staff were very nice though.

This pizza has improved significantly! The food (in my experience) is always spot on, and is ready quickly! The staff are very prompt on greeting and taking care of you!
Parking: This location is located in a strip mall, and has minimal parking on their end of the building.... but you can always find a place! You may just have to park a few stores down.
Kid-friendliness: This location is not a dine in, and has a small waiting lobby with chairs for 4. They are very tolerant and friendly with the children!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is not a wheelchair access infront of this location.

The food wasn’t bad, but not cooked all the way my sin sticks were dough in the middle somehow and I don’t mean oh nice pull apart delicious fluffy bread. It was dough and stringing. like cheese but not cheese.
The service was horrible. I did a walk-in no one was there then when someone came to the front they asked if I had an order already made I’ve tried to call and the phones weren’t working or anyone picking up and I don’t have the app because I don’t get pizza that often so I tried to do a walk-in the guy literally rolled his eyes and then placed my order. I tried to ask a question and he just said I don’t know, he really did not care about placing my order. He didn’t know what was on the menu even though he works there. The guy was not very welcoming. The atmosphere was trashy. I understand that it’s a delivery carry out only place, but it should be a lot cleaner than that.
Parking: no wheelchair accessible or any handicaps spots to park.
Online order was ready a couple minutes early, exactly as we ordered it. Pretty solid experience!
