They utilize delivery apps to optimize their customers, but treat the drivers themselves badly. Won't allow the drivers to use the restroom even in an emergency/medical case. Claims they "respect" their drivers, but I never been to a restaurant who denies the drivers a basic necessity because they "aren't a customer". You would not even have the sale if it was not for the drivers, and the company should remember that. We are acting as the face of your customers who can not go in person.

I went to the Springboro store. The worker was super friendly. When I went back two days later she even remembered my order. And I had changed up the menu items that came on the bowl. Very impressed with Yulila's memory and friendliness.
