I have been coming to the Popeyes for a couple years. They have been under new management recently and the overall quality of this store compared to how it used to be has skyrocketed. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff is so friendly and willing to go above and beyond.
The employees are rude it’s a terrible place they do not can are about service I was refused receipt and was not given replacement food for there mistake they even have there employees write on the reviews to get ratings up

First off, let me start off by saying if I could give the service a -1 I would. DO not come here. Go spend your money elsewhere. This popeyes is going down hill.Boyfriend and I use to come here all the time to order the 12pc nugget combo. We always got a free biscuit and a happy face at the window. Not anymore.Yesterday we ordered a 2 12 pc nuggets. We somehow knew someone would mess our order up so we contemplated getting a chicken sandwich instead because who can mess that up, right?They made us wait 15 minutes only to give my boyfriend 8 nuggets and me 5 after paying $25...... So I called someone and went back to have my order remade for me. Ridiculous!!!!!!The fact that one of your customers contemplated buying chicken sandwiches because we knew our order would get messed up if we ordered anything else is a huge red flag.I will NOT be coming back here. EVER!!

When they aren't out of everything on the menu the food is always fresh. Double check prices as well because they seem to not always have the correct prices up and will argue with you about it.

Just OK, service was pretty slow. Guy at register must have been new cause he struggled finding all the right keys!
Manager made up for an error from a previous order. That’s the type of customer service I see from a store that respects their customers. Great job, Jenny.

I ordered Nuggs and waited almost 50 minutes to get my order and then when they finally gave me my order I didn't even get a "sorry for the wait" or anything... terrible service just for mediocre food. Definitely will not be going

We couldn’t dine in because they locked their doors around 6:30….they close at 10:00. We waited 30 minutes in the driveway and one of the guys seemed to be on their phone messing around when we finally got to the window. No urgency.

5:00 Sunday got an 8pc meal cost $30 got home and 8pc included 3 wings and a thigh that was unrecognizable don't complain much but this was my last stop at this PopeyesParking: Good
