Been to many Roosters in the area, and this is by far one of the best. Always great food, accommodating to when we get in late after the High School football games. Highly recommended.

Normally love their food, but today was just disastrous. Went to pick-up a to-go order and they were missing items. Once we got home, we discovered one of the ranch dressings wasn't sealed completely and it spilled, getting over everything. Then I went to eat my wings and I found a thick, black hair in it. The wings themselves didn't even taste good. They tasted old...definitely not fresh. I ended up throwing out my wings. Really, really disappointing.

Friday oct, 4th 9 pm we check in. We waited 20 mins, which is ok. We waited ten mins, which is ok busy night. I go for my ID for beer, but forgot it. I made no fuss and ordered a soda. I go to the car to get my sweater because we were under the AC and its cold outside. The waitress tells my wife "and to make sure, dont let him even have a drink unless i see his ID, its illegal". This was the point i felt disrespected and went to the front to ask for a manager. Im 30 and wife is 26, our ages dont matter though i dont have an ID but the insinuation im so desperate im trying steal sips of a fruity cocktail is outrageous, as if i have the edgy excitement of a 14 year old to sneak a sip. Both our drinks went untouched. Again, i go to front to ask for manager. Instead, the server chases us down yelling we drank and didnt pay. We had no issues we paying. We werent even headed for the door. The server came with such aggression, my wife asked if they had cameras to even show she took a drink(since that was why server said we were dining n dashing, when in reality we were getting a manager, and the server said if we hadnt drank it itd be different but she did, according to her). The server boldly states yes they do have cameras and my wife tells them to go check these cameras.
Manager is then there, the server proceeds in front of us to make herself sound like a poor victim. We couldve had a fine meal had she not acted like that about me potentially sneaking a drink like a child. The scene was so bad, the server the loudest, accusing us of something we werent doing. Everyone in the front half of the building were staring and listening. As angry as i was, my wife was simply mortified. The manager then says shes "defending her employees". They dont know me and wife both are restaurant managers. Theres a BIG difference in defending an employee and attacking/accusing a guest for something not happening.
Funniest part? The manager was at the host stand when i initially went there so she KNEW i wasnt walking out the door. They can keep their petty ten dollars we waited over 30 mins to get nothing for. It wasnt about money, or even a discount, or the drink itself. We refused to be accused of something not happening period. And not just from a worker viewpoint, but as a guest in restaurants my entire life ive never heard such random accusatory statement come from a server.
Finally, i truly hope the manager was new. Defending employees is good, but theres a proper balance. When it becomes a tag team attack out of pride when both are in the wrong and challenged on it, then its no longer defending your employees. You are running off guests that pay your employees and keep your business' lights on. On the chance she isnt new, she needs serious evaluation and retraining.
0 stars for the food since we didnt even make it that far

I ordered wings well done. Received wings half done. I was told they can only be cooked for 17 min. This is the only restaurant that says this. All the other Roosters cook your wings well done. Who wants half cooked wings. I told the manager that I get the same order from other Roosters with no problem. She did offer to look into it, but I told her that was okay. i paid for my meal and left. No, I did not eat the wings.

It was fair service here. My food was fresh. It could’ve been a little more warmer on the customer service side. I do understand the demographics were out of my lead. I was pretty far out. I am normally in the city. This was a way out from the area that I am particularly in.

Roosters is near my work and always a lunch favorite. The order ahead/pickup option gets us in and out fast. The food is always hot and the service is always quick. The parking lot is a little crazy but it's worth it.
Parking: The parking lot has only one way in and one way out. It can get a little crazy.
Kid-friendliness: There are always kids having a blast. It's loud there, so everyone fits in.

Great local favorite that is really hard to beat if you have kids. Be warned.. their wings are sauced on the heavy side, but still excellent. We dined in around 4:30 on a weekday were seated immediately. I'd recommend going with a Big Bob's Burger!
