I Do NOT want anything for free. Went yesterday and the server cleaned off a disgusting table and wiped everything in to her bare hands. She then walked and wiped her hands on her pants and proceeded to grab my crackers and drink. I got up and walked out. I like to go there once a week but this was disgusting! Please train your people because I love your restaurant!

We love this skyline, food was great as usual but we have had the same waitress twice now and she has been extremely rude each time, just asks for the order then drops off the check without checking in or even saying hello, every other waitress we have had has been great. We love coming here but shes definitely off-putting.

Had a fantasic experience. As a big fan of Cincy style chili at home I had to try the OG chain spot. It was awesome. Cheese was free extra 50% and they piled it high. Also extra friendly staff who I had pleasant conversation with. Ill be back and thanks for a nice experience.

Walked in Saturday afternoon about 1:30 a little busy not to bad , took a seat at the counter bar One person told me they would be with me in a minute. Well 5 minutes went by. Finally a girl threw a pack of crackers in front of me and said somebody would be right with me. No problem, right? Meanwhile, there's 17 people making food right in front of me. Nobody else at the counter, then Some gentleman walks in and sits two seats down from me. Obviously he's a regular. He barely got his coat off. Had his drink in front of him and they were taking his order. I call bullshit so me and my family will no longer ever visit that skyline

We’ve gone to this particular skyline for the past 6 years and never had issues until recently. Our past 3 drive thru orders have all been missing something. It’s extremely frustrating to get home and not have all that you paid for- especially since it is not cheap these days. It’s not all big ticket items that are missing but enough to have to say something. We didn’t get our cheesecake the first time, last visit we got 2 bags of cheese for our 2 large 4 ways that had 2 pinches of cheese in them, and this most recent visit we didn’t get the onion for our(2)4 ways. The service is always great, but not enough to keep us coming back when food is always missing.

Love my Skyline got the burrito it was great then of course had to get the fudge cake for dessert it was fantastic...yum
The food was great , atmosphere wa great, but the employees loudly yapping and gossiping while I waited around 20 minutes in an empty restaurant is ridiculous.

I love skyline chili. This one time I order the 4-way with beans..I get home and dig in, but something seems off. I stop eating, trying to smell the aroma of cinnamon. Odd, I don't smell the cinnamon. I look closer and realize there is no chili sauce on my chili. Si did finish it, but it was so lackluster.
