Loved that they still had vanilla bean scones and the coffee was good. I've had issues at this location before and based on this visit I'm only going to say that the atmosphere and service were ok.

Normally i never post reviews because i don’t like being a karen, but i myself have worked at starbucks and this starbucks in springboro is horrible service. I came up to the speaker and ordered a venti iced sugar cookie latte, i had to repeat myself 3 times for her to understand. and then i asked for one less expresso shot and she says “i got super distracted you said a tall mocha” ??? so i had to repeat myself 3 more times. pay attention when you’re taking orders, it’s not time to gossip or play on your phone do your job, this service is terrible.

Great service. Their bathrooms were very clean and maintained. They were also really fast and friendly with their services inside. My coffee was made exactly as ordered and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Quiet enough to work and meet. Plenty of open seats at 1030 a.m.

We went through the drive thru. The store was busy inside and at the drive thru. They took our order at the kiosk and the order take was very pleasant and helpful. They were clear on the speaker and read back the order correctly. When we pulled up to the window, they associate was very genial and said the order was being prepared. They took our payment and in about three more minutes we received our order hot and fresh. We would go back to this location without hesitation. 11 stars!

I was visiting Ohio and while out with my daughter we decided to get coffee. Starbucks is our favorite place and we share a lot of great memories from our prior visits. We used drive through and got hot chocolates. They we absolutely perfect. Starbucks is still my favorite coffee Cafe.
