Ordered delivery to use the buy one get one for $1 and put on some sides and a drink. One of the sides was not delivered, the drink was not delivered, and the other side was messed up. If going here make sure to go in person and if you are ordering subway just order from the one a few minutes away.

The guy working at this subway at 6pm on 2/7/2025 is the rudest man I think I’ve ever seen work in food service. I work at the hospital and I am in this area daily and I can promise you this. I will never step foot back in that subway again. the way he talked down to the man in front of me should’ve alerted me to the fact that he was not gonna treat me any nicer but it didn’t and he is a very unpleasant man . on the bright side he doesn’t discriminate between men and women. He’s hateful and mean to everyone.
Girl sitting on her phone behind the counter when I walked in, doesn’t really speak to me while I’m trying to order, okay fine. But she was annoyed when I asked for a side of ranch “oh no i’d have to charge you if i did that you don’t want it” and i said yes i do because i like to dip my chips in it. she acts weird about it, then throws away my receipt without asking if i wanted it. i asked for a copy of it and then she messes around on her screen for awhile and then states she can’t print it again and asks if she can give me the one from the trash. at this point im annoyed but want to see what i was charged / any wasn’t i even offered a copy of it. she backtracks when i look at it and says we aren’t able to charge for extra sauce so i charged you for cheese. $2.40 for a side of ranch… sandwich wasn’t wrapped tightly and she didn’t give me a bag for my foot long sandwich and two bags of chips until i asked. save yourself a trip and just go to the franklin or carlisle subways. management is WAY better and a better experience

Everyone here is ruder than a damn snake and my roll-up/dippers my older sister grabbed for me from this location look like they had 2 pieces of pepperoni and a half slice of cheese. I've gotten this exact order from 2 other locations and both times they were delicious. It's only this location that sucks I guess (more specifically the owner of this specific franchise). SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE ONE IN WALMART NEARBY INSTEAD! AT LEAST THEIR RUDE STAFF MAKES THEIR FOOD EDIBLE
