Update. Still selling old expired food as of 10/29/25. Was horrible. Ordered $40 worth of food off website for delivery and it was never delivered. 2 different phone number listed for this store, one of which is discounted, and the other rings 4 or 5 times before the employees pick up and hang up. This store is impossible to get in contact with. Very upset. Zero customer support

English is NOT the first language of the staff. They cannot read ingredients nor follow a clear order. Got the subs completely wrong and added black olives when neither sub called for them (you can tell they completely guessed).

First my two sandwiches were not made right I ask for a tuna fish sandwich and she gave me turkey sandwich and never said I am sorry.The second sandwich I ask no spicy to the BMT and it was spicy when I got home. I quest if they did not have a melt plate in the front glass I could have caught it. The last thing I try to call and let them know and the phone was disconnected.

I got an all American but I didn’t get my extra cheese and my bacon was all set in one spot she couldn’t even spread the bacon out. I work in food service and I know how stuff should be done come on guys you wouldn’t want your sandwich that way!!!

This place is filthy dirty and questionable. The nice young man, who is not related to the couple that appears to run the store, he was very courteous. While the nice young man was making our sandwiches, the so-called owners stayed sitting, continued to be on their phones while I'm cleaning off the table and chairs. It gets better, not once but twice, I had to get napkins and then retrieve water from the soda fountain so the napkins are moist enough to wash the tables and chairs. They watched me do this, not offering to do their job, nor did they take notice to clean the other tables and chairs that are in poor shape as well. The floors were full of food around the eating area. The bread was stale, and I think I tasted a hint of spoiled or poorly refrigerated meat. I didn't eat my whole sandwich. We will NOT ever go back there again. I advise caution to everyone. Take care.

Sandwiches were not made correctly with barely any ingredients. Used wrong bread and didn’t add in sauces! Veggies didn’t seem fresh and skimp on meat quantity. Order two footlong and barely got enough on them to be considered half sandwiches!! Can’t contest on app. Need to go in store. This franchise owner is really focused on using less and old product to save money and pocket the difference! Reason this location has low reviews. It’s true. Avoid. Won’t come back anymore. Really disappointed when I paid close to $18 and got bread. Worst subway experience so far! Avoid this location and go to any other location for better and fresher service!

On October 21 I went there with my son at 9:37 pm to get my steak sub, which is my favorite. There were two guy sitting at the table which I believe they are the friends of the one who served me. After I left, they said Meow meow at me and my son. I’m very disappointed !!! The sad part is I tipped the guy $3 for his work. But in the return, we got disrespected by his friends. He didn’t even say anything to them. I will never come back to the store again.
