Sandwiches were not made correctly with barely any ingredients. Used wrong bread and didn’t add in sauces! Veggies didn’t seem fresh and skimp on meat quantity. Order two footlong and barely got enough on them to be considered half sandwiches!! Can’t contest on app. Need to go in store. This franchise owner is really focused on using less and old product to save money and pocket the difference! Reason this location has low reviews. It’s true. Avoid. Won’t come back anymore. Really disappointed when I paid close to $18 and got bread. Worst subway experience so far! Avoid this location and go to any other location for better and fresher service!

On October 21 I went there with my son at 9:37 pm to get my steak sub, which is my favorite. There were two guy sitting at the table which I believe they are the friends of the one who served me. After I left, they said Meow meow at me and my son. I’m very disappointed !!! The sad part is I tipped the guy $3 for his work. But in the return, we got disrespected by his friends. He didn’t even say anything to them. I will never come back to the store again.

Worst subway I have ever come across.. I went inside(around 11am EST) and both of the staff were so irresponsible that they didn’t even greet me.. when I said ‘Hi’ to them like 6/7 times they didn’t even responded me and seems like they were having bad day…

Feel pity for the business owner on having such workers. Such a disgrace and shameful environment. God please help them as I don’t want to complain and take somebody’s job. I wish zero or -ve star were options for review.

Got take out at 12:30 lunch. Wheat bread- the top of the bread was just flaking off and it was very dry. So obviously last nights bread or overcooked? Otherwise it was fine. Service was great

Very dirty , very dusty, we were shoked how dirty this place is. I can’t believe Health depart doesn’t show up and don’t close this place . Never ever again to to this place . Won’t recommend this place .

I go to Subway everyday due to my job. One of the most loyal customers. However my experience at the Springboro location tonight is unacceptable. Everything about the experience was less than desired. The service and quality of ingredients poor.

They don’t like to make the subs how you want it. When we got to condiments I specifically asked for mayo and he said what else and didn’t put anything on there. I said Mayo. He said yeah I will put the other toppings then mayo. I said I would like mayo first please (as I likeMayo on the actual bread not smooshed into the middle) he said no - I like making it like this. I couldn’t belive he really was refusing to make my sandwich how I want. How stupid for a small request. So I finished telling him salt and pepper and he put the mayo in the middle not on the bread and I hate it that way. Didn’t eat it. Wasted $12.Some people like it for texture issues and for a employee to refuse to make a sandwich the way a customer likes it , it’s ridiculous over mayo.

Ordered $40 worth of food off website for delivery and it was never delivered. 2 different phone number listed for this store, one of which is discounted, and the other rings 4 or 5 times before the employees pick up and hang up. This store is impossible to get in contact with. Very upset. Zero customer support
