I guess gone are the days of actually greeting a customer at the window. You know say hello or or something. Every single time I go through its just take the payment and shove your food at you without a Hello or thank you or anything, not a single word. Every single time. Food is good but you should train your employees at the drive through to actually greet customers and say thank you. Also if you guys could remember my hot sauce I order every once in a while that would be great.

Walked in and ordered. Whiled waiting there was a lady cursing really loud in the kitchen with F words and repeating over and over. It was very uncomfortable to stand there and had to listen to that. There were other customers standing by the counter and waiting for their soda cups and weren’t getting help but had to stand there to listen to those cursing words.

Neither burrito was made right, i am more of a picky eater so i didn’t end up eating it due to it missing beans in both burritos.
I came Thursday or Friday night too and they made my grilled cheese burrito wrong so i came back and asked for it to be remade and it was made the exact same way, no meat and no strips in it…

Ordered 2 orders with jalapenos through drive through, screen showed exactly what I ordered with charges, got home...NO JALAPENOS!! What's the point in showing your orders & charges on a screen for your approval if the employees don't pay attention to, or can't read the order???
The drive through was fast but I ordered cinnamon twist and it had no cinnamon and n them which is a disappointment because that was the whole reason why I went

Update 2025: Tried this particular bell again a couple more times. Its almost always disappointing. If you order online and do delivery.. they WILL forget your sauces and even the straw to your drink. They put as little meat, cheese and lettuce as possible. Shells are often cracked. Food is cold.
The best taco bell in this area is Germantown. They fill their products up well with toppings/ingredients. They pay attention to how many sauces you want etc. Its a very clean store too. All of this reflects back on whoever is managing.

We ordered on their kiosk. When the food came out it was hot. There wasn't a clean table in the restaurant and no one cleaned any while we were there. Don't waste you money ordering extra cheese or meat as there doesn't seem to be any difference, you still get 15 little shreds of cheese.

Please an online order pull in to pick it up thru the drive thru. There are 5 workers outback smoking all while there is 7 cars still waiting to order. Springboro has went to hell. 1st the wendys now taco bell.
