Ordered several lux boxes and Instead of packing in boxes as they are supposed to they pulled everything I to one large bag along with other items of my order. Causing issues with order check and getting the kids there meals. They left of items as well has to go in to have order fixed. They handled the missing items promptly. But could have avoided the issues by packing the order properly to begin with

Very disappointed with this taco bell. Asked for now onion and lettuce and got alot of it. Also ask for extra tomato and seemed like I got less and a lot of onion on that also. Drinks tasted flat and was told it had something to do with the ice machine. Was given 2 new drinks and they also tasted very bad. If you go through the drive thru make sure to check all your food before leaving.

Sick of coming through here and wasting a lot of money on old food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp. Not to mention they almost always mess something up and then will go off on you if you tell them they forgot something . They forgot my friends cinnamon twist after giving me her food and we were still waiting on my food and I told them they forgot her twists and he got mad instantly and was asking for the bag back because he knows her put it in there and I did because I knew it wasn’t in there lol

I bought a burrito supreme around 12:50 and it was cold and the ingredients were polarized. I wouldn't care so much about polarized ingredients if this was from the dollar menu, but for a $6+ burrito... Tasted good, but it definitely was not a good use of $6.
