I promised my grandson a cookie. I had his 8 month sister with me I waited in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. There was a car in front of me that left the line because of the long wait. When I got to the window to pay I waited another 7 minutes. I ended up knocking on the window wondering if there was anyone there. I knocked. When the girl opened the window she tried to give me a coffee I didn’t order! No cookie. No rush on her part! I called later and asked to speak to a manager. I was told she was not there. I asked when he or she would be in. I was told she couldn’t tell me.it was just stupid. I’ll never go back.

Generally go out of my way to get their flavored coffee beans. But PLEASE, get some cheap stoppers or cups that seal closed. Without, by the time I get to work my cup holder and coffee cup are dripping with liquid.

My wife and I frequent the drive thru almost every day and their staff is so friendly and accommodating. My son has decided that he likes a chocolate milk when I'm ordering my coffee and they have been so kind to him while he orders; even going so far as to write a fun message on his cups. It's his favorite place to go in the mornings and they have customers for life!

I've been visiting this coffee spot regularly and overall, it's become one of my go-to places to work or unwind. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a comfortable study area that makes it easy to focus without feeling too sterile or cold. Their drip coffee is genuinely good—smooth, flavorful, and a clear step above your typical cup.
One of the best aspects of this place is the ambiance. Whether you're reading, studying, or catching up on work, it strikes a nice balance between being relaxed and productive. It's easy to settle in for a couple of hours.
That said, there are a few drawbacks worth noting. The lounge area, while charming, can feel a bit cramped when more than a few people are there. Also, I've noticed some inconsistencies with the temperature of the coffee—sometimes it's just right, other times a little too cool. Additionally, while the staff is friendly, conversations behind the counter can get loud, which can be distracting during study sessions.
Despite these small issues, I keep coming back. The overall vibe and quality coffee make it a worthwhile spot—just be prepared with headphones during busier times.
