Ever since they changed Management, this place has been getting my orders correct and it's a lot quicker to get through the drivethru. Previous management was very slow to get drive-thru orders and was always out of items.

Went thru a different location and didn't realize that what I ordered was old and gross until I was a bit too far to turn back around. I stopped by the springboro location as it was on my way to my destination. I told the manager what had happened and said I would just chuck it up to a loss if she couldn't help because it wasn't her fault the drinks were bad at another location. She said we will definitely make you new drinks! She also had my daughter and I taste everything before we drove off.
The staff here is always friendly.

2 doughnuts and a small coffee $5,08. It seemed expensive. Doughnuts just ok. Dinning room and bathrooms were not clean. Will skip this place in future
Went through the drive through before work to get a breakfast sandwich. Order taker seemed like I was bothering her by being there and handed my a loosely wrapped sandwich with no bag, no napkins, etc. Then got annoyed when I asked for a bag. She then handed me a bag (unopened, etc.) while huffing about it.

Spent in excess of 1.5 hours trying to place an order for delivery to no avail. Tried to call the store but they do not answer their phone and voice mail is has never been set up. Called customer service and recieved the brush off from them being told customer service would email me. Stopped at the actual store in an attempt to place the order in person and they told me I must do delivery orders on their web page. Quite obviosly they do not care.

This place was just ok. Went inside and our shoes stuck to the floor. Also do not like their menu because it is a screen that switches from menu to promotional items so you have to read fast or wait for menu to return. Not ideal for newcomers.

Every single time I go to try this place, it ends up being awful. The past 3 times I've visited the latte machine is down (WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE IF IT BREAKS EVERY WEEK?) and they recommend an iced coffee that is similar... It's def just coffee and milk. Bitter and not even close to a Nutella latte. It's gross, and I end up tossing it.Just had my husband go through, and he ordered the Nutella latte AGAIN.. Where is the whipped cream? The toppings that the website specifically mentions? It's disgusting. He was rushed. And our donuts aren't correct either. The only thing that's right is the bacon, egg & cheese English muffin.I TRY this place, and I want SO bad to like it, but I'll never go back again. This place is inconsistent and not worth it.
