Placed a pickup order. Food ready on time but Smoothie took an extra 10 mins past pick up time and was absolutely the worst Smoothie ever! Very watery and tasteless!

The smoothies are just as they should be, smooth, creamy, sweet and fruity. I love the flatbread sandwiches. The Chipotle sauce is out of this world.

I’ve been here a few times since it’s close to my work and it’s always a great experience. The inside is very clean and the service is fast. The first time I came a week ago they weren’t too busy and the worker walked over to my table to hand me my smoothie! Love this location

I ordered a Bahama mama smoothie in a 12oz cup but I'll pay full price and the cashier which was a young man said no, it had to be a full size cup. I was willing to pay full price. So I left. 6/22 2:20pm.

I got my food and on my chicken bacon ranch sandwich the cheese wasn’t melted all the way and it was chunky and in my jetty punch smoothie there were still chunks of bananas and strawberry's. there were so many to the point were i had to use a spoon to eat it because it would go up the straw, there were even a few whole strawberries in the smoothie and i was very disappointed by this because i love tropical smoothie so much.

My son went today 5-27-2025 to the Springboro, Ohio store located at 52 Founders drive with 30-40 of his classmates who all purchased smoothies and food giving the store a lot of business.
We frequent it alot as we enjoy the food/smoothies.
My son got his smoothie and went to sit down with friends and when he went to set it down on table the bottom of cup fell causing him to lose his smoothie. This was a faulty cup. However when he went to kindly talk to the manager/employee at the cash register about making another one or getting a refund the managers/employees very rude response was "It wasn't that way when I gave it to you" "I have more people to tend to Im done with this conversation". This was some of the worst customer service and it's a Shane he felt he could just blow offy son because he's a kid. I will now take.my business to other TSC in Dayton and will continue to not recommend this store!!!
My kids school spent hundreds of dollars their and he could replace one smoothie!!! Not getting my business anymore!

I got my smoothie and I went to sit down and the bottom of the cup cracked and my smoothie flew out onto the floor a faulty cup you might say so I went to the cashier and asked for a refund and I forget the man’s name he had glasses maybe in his 20s he was also the manager and he said that he wasn’t gonna give me a refund or another smoothie even though I proved the cup was faulty I am also a teenager so I was there with my friends who saw the whole thing he said that it wasn’t like that when he gave it to me and I proceeded to tell him that it wasn’t my Fault his cup broke and he told to he had more people to attend to even thought those People were my friends who said they were more than happy to wait but he said no I see now that he was a cheap person just trying to make a quick buck off a kid Springboro location

The smoothies taste good but I can make them at home for $2. The chicken quesadillas are tiny and definitely not worth the price. It's not entirely bad with a coupon but I would never go and pay full price.
I tried to review through the app and it wouldn't let me, or maybe I just couldn't find it. If this isn't a feature you should make it one. Anyway, our food from the springboro location tonight was amazing. Ingredients were fresh, smoothies were perfect, taste amazing. We both have COVID and have really been struggling with keeping up on eating healthy, and it really hit the spot.

I don't think I've ever had a more watery smoothie in my life. I literally threw the whole thing away and I'm mad. I paid extra to put whey protein in it. I've had them before and they're not bad, so I don't know if it's just this location, or if they change the recipe to water it down and save on costs. But it's definitely different than what I've had before. Wouldn't recommend

While the food is always pretty good at this particular restaurant the service leaves something to be desired. Yesterday my wife and I ordered through the app on her phone online and we tried to use the special of the day which was a free Smoothie because of it being smoothie day As we tried to add the reward, it came up error and we couldn't put it through on our order. So when we went to pick up our order at the store, we tried to explain to the people working there that we didn't know how to get the free Smoothie because the app kept coming up error would they please give us the Smoothie now because we already ordered and we don't want to order again. All they kept saying was you have to order and then you have to ask for this first before you order or something like that and then you'll finally get it but we did not want to order again. They refused to give us the Smoothie when they could have just gone ahead and given it to us. So in return I'm forced to give them a poor review. As far as we're concerned that's poor customer service.

Ordered my smoothie and breakfast wrap at 650am. The order was to be done by 711 am. Showed up at 715 and nothing was ready. Paid for a kids smoothie and he started to make the breakfast wrap. The smoothie was done at 720, he continued to make the wrap and then another order and my kids smoothie while the wrap was cooking. Recieved the wrap at 724am. The kids smoothie was finished by 726. I ordered ahead on the app due to not having the time to wait because I need to be at work by 715. Not the guys fault he was alone and busy
