I tried to review through the app and it wouldn't let me, or maybe I just couldn't find it. If this isn't a feature you should make it one. Anyway, our food from the springboro location tonight was amazing. Ingredients were fresh, smoothies were perfect, taste amazing. We both have COVID and have really been struggling with keeping up on eating healthy, and it really hit the spot.

I don't think I've ever had a more watery smoothie in my life. I literally threw the whole thing away and I'm mad. I paid extra to put whey protein in it. I've had them before and they're not bad, so I don't know if it's just this location, or if they change the recipe to water it down and save on costs. But it's definitely different than what I've had before. Wouldn't recommend

While the food is always pretty good at this particular restaurant the service leaves something to be desired. Yesterday my wife and I ordered through the app on her phone online and we tried to use the special of the day which was a free Smoothie because of it being smoothie day As we tried to add the reward, it came up error and we couldn't put it through on our order. So when we went to pick up our order at the store, we tried to explain to the people working there that we didn't know how to get the free Smoothie because the app kept coming up error would they please give us the Smoothie now because we already ordered and we don't want to order again. All they kept saying was you have to order and then you have to ask for this first before you order or something like that and then you'll finally get it but we did not want to order again. They refused to give us the Smoothie when they could have just gone ahead and given it to us. So in return I'm forced to give them a poor review. As far as we're concerned that's poor customer service.

Ordered my smoothie and breakfast wrap at 650am. The order was to be done by 711 am. Showed up at 715 and nothing was ready. Paid for a kids smoothie and he started to make the breakfast wrap. The smoothie was done at 720, he continued to make the wrap and then another order and my kids smoothie while the wrap was cooking. Recieved the wrap at 724am. The kids smoothie was finished by 726. I ordered ahead on the app due to not having the time to wait because I need to be at work by 715. Not the guys fault he was alone and busy

I’m assuming it was the owner and the owners daughters/girl friend/wife that are in there screwing around while the two young ladies at the front counter, knocked out their portion of our order right away. I waited another five minutes while the other folks that were making the bowl were giggling and screwing around and finally, she decided to get it completed.

My wife and I greatly enjoy tropical smoothie and were excited that a new location opened up closer to our house (Springboro location). We've gone to this location 4 times now and each time we thought that the food and smoothies were considerably worse than the Centerville location. Today I had the displeasure of ordering a southwest wrap that was completely and utterly inedible. The "chicken" was grey (and extremely wet?) and the "eggs" were the same consistency as wet sand. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to try eating the wrap and had to immediately spit out my bite and throw the rest of it in the trash. The management team appears to be cutting corners to save money and/or are lacking reasonable standards for food quality. Needless to say, we will now be driving the extra 10 minutes to the Centerville location to guarantee higher quality food and smoothies standards.
