Whelp, this location has gone to crap. Food is cold at 11am food is old at 7 pm, can't get condiments at the drive-thru to save your life even when you ask athe window. More than one car and it's chaos and await. This is my 10th trip. Sucks that i work out here. I need to start packing lunch and save money. Save 12 bucks and quit complaining :O

This Wendy’s is an absolute joke. I can’t tell you how many times in the past six months they are out of everything or only accepting cash. Sometimes it’s both. Terribly run business that consistently fails at the simplest things - having food that’s on the menu and accepting a credit card. Awful. Officially done trying.

After sitting in traffic for what seemed like ages I stopped at this location in an attempt to wake my self up with some fast food. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered on the mobile app was unavailable. The staff worked together and gave me quick sufficient options to replace it and was very apologetic. I was in and out of the drive thru in less than a minute. The staff were not only quick, helpful but also very friendly. I could tell they worked together well. It was a refreshing experience to some of the mundane fast food services I’ve experienced. That crew definitely deserves the praise.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Why is this Wendy’s never open in the morning after they’re supposed to be open. Then the one time they were open they weren’t able to process transactions. Lazy.
Every time I try to go in for late night food they can never do it. I think they must all be drunk. I either sit there forever or they are out of everything. Total bummer. I love Wendy’s food

The did was good and made to order, the service was very slow and needed to be reminder of missing items in order. The store looked clean but the floor was sticky from side not being cleaned up.

Everytime I order from this location, they never want to actually make the food. Ordered twice from this location from their mobile app. The first time, they "gave my order out already" and had to argue with them to get them to actually make the food. Ordered tonight around 11 pm online, came to the drive thru and they said their system is down. Ok cool I ordered online. Was told to cancel my order. Why even be open? Why even pay people to be there if you can't make the food? Fine I'll just go to taco bell next door, they'll make my food 😂
Have been to the springboro location multiple times usually in the morning and no problems but I’ve been twice ant night and now refuse to eat here. They serve cold uncooked food and completely melted frostys out the window and don’t care to fix it when you show them that the food isn’t prepared properly. Save your money so you don’t get sick from eating here it’s not worth it.

Terrible service.
I can't rate the food because the last 3 or 4 times I sat in the drive thru no one ever took my order. I've sat in a non moving line for up to 15 minutes. On this trip, I was the only car in line, I sat in front of the order screen for about 10 mins, I pulled up to the window, and three employees were just standing around talking. One came to the window, and I said, "Are you not taking orders tonight?" he said, "were busy." I said, "with who??" Empty parking lot no one in line... I drove to the Franklin Wendy's. They had about 6 cars in line. I had my food within about 7-8 mins.
They should have closed this location and fired everyone months ago.
I just came through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. A jbc biggie bag and the 2 for 7$ classic chicken sandwich and a Dave’s single. None of the sandwiches were edible. They were cold and tasted like they were out since yesterday. And the chicken looked raw. And besides that we sat in line for over 20 minutes. 1/10 would not recommend

If you want to waste you time ordering something online only for you not to get your items, no return, and wrong items. This is the spot if not go to the Centerville one or to a local restaurant at least they give you the right items or a refund
