I love Wendy's and I usually don't have too many issues with this place but sometimes it just takes too long. I'm typically patient but not waiting at a box for an hour patient. Tonight especially...I ordered at around 11:20 and they close at 12 which yes, I did order an hour before they close and that is on me. I arrived there and there was a car in front of me, sat there for nearly an hour, no response to them so they drove off and I went forward thinking maybe they weren't taking normal orders. Sat there for a good few minutes and as soon as it hit 12 they decided that it was time to speak telling me they were closed and that I should just cancel my mobile. Which I cannot because the app is saying there's an error every time I go to cancel it. It's usually good and I love the food and I should have ordered it earlier though it still makes me upset.

If you are going to close your dining room at least put a sign on the door and mention it on your website as well instead of letting the customers walk up to the doors and then make them stand at the locked doors while you stand behind the counter and wave! Do better!

Cold food, slick floors all throughout the store, sticky tables, very few drink options, and forgotten items. Only one of the drink machines had ice and both were out of popular drinks and flavor variations. I understand staff shortages but this place is not even meeting the bare minimum. Staff are in no hurry to serve you. Absolutely would not recommend.

Waited for 25 - 30 mins to order and get my food with zero explanation as to what was going on. Then after two times of them trying to give me an incomplete order i got my food which was missing an item (of course) and it was terrible. Joke of a location

I ordered a taco salad with no tomato.The screen was rang in correctly but I have small cut up tomatoes all over my salad. I'm allergic to tomatoes so I will not be eating the salad that I just paid for hopefully next time I am taking seriously.

The food was ok, but they took FOREVER to give us food. Other people came in and got their food in like 10 minutes and we've were waiting for over a half a hour. And there was a hair in my brother's food. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting. Do not come here.

If I could give this Wendy’s a zero I would. Waited for 45 min and they never gave us our food. People who came after us got their food. I stood in a restaurant with literally no people, and somehow they forgot our food. 5 employees at least were working in a not busy restaurant . They didn’t offer any refund. No apologies but the sweet guy that took our order.

The chances of your order getting messed up here are high even if you're dining in. The cashiers we'll find a way to mess up a basic order. They're ketchup dispensers never work and their fountain drink machine is always leaking water. I've had my food burnt and undercooked here. Just go to the Chipotle next door.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and requested a bacon and cheese potato instead of fries. What I received was the sandwich and a side of soggy fries packed in a plastic container. Not only was my order incorrect, but the quality was disappointing.
It’s frustrating to see this level of carelessness from the Springboro location. Mistakes like this suggest a serious lack of attention to detail and customer service. I hope management takes steps to improve training and accountability — because right now, it feels like accuracy and quality are no longer priorities.

First time stopping at this Wendy’s, they open at 6:30am, I sat at the drive thru board for 10 mins at approximately 7am, completely ignored me, the lights were out inside the restaurant however when I drive through to leave, I saw a woman with colorful hair standing inside. Horrible location, a disgrace to the Wendy’s brand.
