Drive thru no answer then finally yelled there r only 2 people working. We drove away no order
23 Aug approx 7:10am a couple cars were in the parking lot nobody ever answered the drive-thru, won't be back

Small list of why this location should shut down so I no longer have the option. *I have lived in this area 8 years and maybe attempt this location once a quarter and not one time have I drove away with the right food or thought 💭” that was easy”
1. The amount of times of waiting up to 20 minutes one time (with out kids) in the drive thru, to then have to leave because I was exhausted from waiting. *Also waited 15 minutes with kids and left and went to Golden Arches.
2. The amount of times I’ve been told “the drive thru is closed you have to come inside”. Zero chance I have two kids in car seats. Glad I waited for 15 minutes with no notice until you got to speaker, maybe make a sign?!?
3. Tonight wins, 5 cars before the speaker. 12 minutes later when I order a salad…they have no salad at all. 🤔
I’ll fix your problem as being someone that works small business and yet you are a corporation. Give them a CHALKBOARD SIGN. Let us YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS know before hand, we can’t order here or we are out of this or expect long delays due to staff or close your ever loving doors.
Overall terrible experience. Spent $32 and food was cold. They did remake the meal tho but of course there were looks of disappointment. Not exactly apologetic or customer friendly.
If this was the only Wendy's within a 100 miles, id drive the 100 miles to go to another one.

The drive thru was closed down only to force people into a dirty disgusting dining area. Terrible decision in my opinion, if you’re not going to clean the dining area you would be better off just running the drive thru and saving people from having their shoes stick to a nasty floor or having to see your lack of cleanliness altogether.

Are closed at dinner more often then they are open. Blatantly make up excuses, while visibly outside doing nothing. Dont even mention the typical stuff where its an impossible expectation for your order to be correct.

i was on the phone with my man and they told us at 9:46 they were out of everything including water. and the frier was down. maps said it was open until 1 am and they had no signs saying they were closed 3 hours early. if you dont have the right stuff or dont want to do your job work somewhere else.

Whelp, this location has gone to crap. Food is cold at 11am food is old at 7 pm, can't get condiments at the drive-thru to save your life even when you ask athe window. More than one car and it's chaos and await. This is my 10th trip. Sucks that i work out here. I need to start packing lunch and save money. Save 12 bucks and quit complaining :O
