I had an amazing experience. I enjoyed the Australian wagu steak, wagu butter and the new lobster rice. Everyone was warm and welcoming and the chef put on an amazing show!

I was invited to lunch and really didn’t want to dine in, almost 30 minutes the chef shows up after we get our salad/soups , the place is empty but just doesn’t feel clean. Our server was nice. Ordered a new butter that was like 3oz they charge $6 and put it in a tiny sauce pot with a handle and I end up spilling it trying to grab it. It’s all over the table, no way chef didn’t/doesn’t notice and he doesn’t offer to remake. Never going back unless it’s free.

Went here for valentine’s day dinner… I am crying & hungry writing this on the way home. The service, timing, and lack of communication from the staff is beyond annoying let alone we had a reservation for 6:15, didn’t get seated until 6:45, didn’t eat until 8.. it’s almost 9 now. 3 hours of our valentines wasted on mediocre food, portions, ambience, and cleanliness. Will never come back.

Made a reservation for a special night, get there 5 minutes before the reservation time and they tell us it's a 45 minute wait. A couple walks in behind us with no reservation, also told it's a 45 minute wait. So, there's no point in making a reservation. Otherwise, the restroom was clapped out. Left without dining.

Never got food waited an hour and a half at table. over priced, over booked, under staffed and poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other hibachi in the city. WILL NEVER BE BACK

We sat for two hours and the entire party of 8 left and the manager refused to come address the fact they overbooked the entire restaurant and had people sitting over 2 hours who never got to eat. Rip off and waste of time . Don't spend money here
Very disappointed. We had reservations and drove almost an hour for my daughter’s 13th birthday. We waited an hour and a half for chef to come to our table, (two people actually walked out that were sitting with us) and then had no experience from the chef. Watched tables around us all having their chef interact and enjoy the “show”. Advised the server how disappointed I was, she said sorry and never got the manager. Never asked if we wanted dessert for her birthday, would have paid for it. Have been coming for years and this will be sadly the last.
