Started off with being ignored in the drive thru. Then finally when someone answered say"what".. ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches and they got that wrong.. ridiculous!!!

Ordered two impossible whopper meals and a regular whopper meal. I haven't eaten meat going on 6 years. Took a bite or two of my sandwich and I'm like 😩 this taste like meat... Look over my mom is eating my impossible which was wrapped in the regular whopper wrap, and me and my daughters sandwich was wrapped in the impossible wraps but we're both regular burgers. Went to take the food back in the manager look at me and smirked and said I can give you your money back.. the cook was laughing as well, he was looking like And.. so what. From now on I'll do a fish sandwich and leave the impossible to home because I did receive the most today an impossible nothing!!!!! I'm giving this review because it made me sad that they laughed this could cause stomach problems etc. I will be contacting corporate for sure. They need to be retrained how many more sandwiches were crossed??

Waited at the counter to order for 10+ minutes. I watched cars enter the drive thru and exit with their order. I left since they were unwilling to take in-person orders and my van is too tall to take through the drive thru.
The number is a scam they never answer it’s nothing but crackheads near by and next to the hotel it not even worth trying to work here and if you do apply u have to go in person everyday to check because the phone number is a scam and be careful not to give your information to a junky they will try to use it so put a block on your credit report before you apply it will save you in the end

If I can give this restaurant a zero I definitely would the shift manager around 6pm is so would and is disrespectful. I pulled up to the driver through asked for a whopper she said that she couldn't hear me so spoke up with most nastiest attitude she asked if I wanted cheese and I said wow you don't have to be so rude. Drove up to the windows she asked me if I was having a good day I said how about you, she said yea and then proceed to put up the middle finger. Worst costumer service ever. They need to investigate who they have representing this company working in their restaurants.
