We go to the one on kemper rd now this is a very very friendly staff always atenative to ones needs the food is delicious fresh practically no wait time I'd say less than 5min would highly recommend
Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..

Great food - drive thru service was slower than other locations I have been to, prob bc we did breakfast and they didn’t have workers standing in the drive thru taking orders. We ordered at the speaker and waited in line approx 10 min.

Service was terrible. Was having trouble with the app. Kid in the drive thru was not helpful at all, he wanted to just pass me off to someone else because he didn't want to help. He was much more interested in chatting with his female coworkers. So I then sat in the mobile through lane getting no service, all the employees with their backs turned as I wave at the window. Kid obviously didn't even call to the window to tell them I was coming up. Saw on the app I could switch to pick up. Did that. They got my order wrong. Lost of people in uniforms milling about, no one being helpful, could staff this place with half the people if they just paid attention to customers instead of socializing.

They have nice little sanitizing wipes in the bathroom.
Drive through has been overhauled and a lot easier it get in and out.
