I used to be very satisfied with this location but for the past 2 times i had a bad experience with the food quality, not the staff, the staff is always pleasant; the portions became increasingly small, had a chicken sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich, if i wanted to eat bread i would of order bread, half of the sandwich, both times, was half empty, the piece of chicken is extremely small for the price i pay! I will either start use another location or change the place where i buy my food. Disappointed.

We stopped at this location and the girl working would not take our order.There was three people standing around. She asked us to pull around the building to be in the lane she was standing at. There was nobody in line. We would have done what she asked after she took our order. We are heading to Canes next time and I will let everyone know what the difference is. Why even have people outside when it's dead?

I normally don’t give bad reviews but I have to share. I ordered a medium fruit cup through mobile order but it was very small. I went back inside to confirm it was a medium fruit cup and the employee confirmed it was a medium fruit cup. I told him that it wasn’t even all the way full and he looks me up and down and says I don’t even know if I can take the fruit cup back because you may have touched it. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came over, did not apologize for the employee’s comment and said that he would speak to the employee. I have their names but will not share them on here. Hopefully they will learn to treat paying customers with a little more respect. From the look I was given I almost felt like the comment was racially motivated as I am an African American women.

He finally points me out to a manager and the manager came over expressionless and I explained the situation. He did not apologize for the employee’s comment and said that he would speak to the employee. I have their names but will not share them on here. Hopefully they will learn to treat paying customers with a little more respect, especially a signature member. From the look I was given I almost felt like the comment was racially motivated as I am an African American women.

I have never had a poor experience at a Chick Fil A establishment before. This location changed that. We ordered food through the app and picked it up through the drive thru. Upon returning to work and distributing the food out to employees, we realized two meals were missing. We left our meeting to go back to the restaurant to pick up the missing items. The employee at the counter seemed bothered by the situation. She then went back to retrieve our missing items, but we noticed her and another employee (who looked like she was management) shaking their heads and making gestures as if they were annoyed. When she brought our items to us, she said she was “pretty sure everything was in the bag.” We had our receipt and would also not have driven 15 minutes back to the restaurant if we didn’t have to. We completely understand mistakes happen, it was just the way the situation was handled that did not look good to a paying customer. It was NOT my pleasure visiting this location. WWJD

The service at this Chick-fil-A today was so subpar to the usual standard at these franchises. We had a big online order today and when we noticed people’s orders were missing and brought it to the staff the manager decided to have an attitude and say “I’m pretty sure I put it all in there”. Not sure why a simple correction ended up being a whole ordeal with sass. I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to the next Chick-fil-A
