“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

All of these lovely ladies are the reason we come back to this location specifically. We are from Ross, OH. Please be sure these lovely ladies know how appreciated they are.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“This was my first trip to any Raising Cane's. The menu is quite limited to chicken tenders with a few sides, but I suppose that helps make for fast service. The tenders are not as seasoned as KFC's but they are lightly breaded so the chicken seems more tender. French fries were decent in coleslaw is comparable to other places'. The southern style iced tea is excellent.“

“I offer to buy a coffee to the girl that was taking my order cause it was really cold out side, she said no thank you, but when she tell me the amount of my order she gave me a discount, she said thas I was very kind in offering a coffee 💖“

“Always a consistent, great experience at any Chick-Fil-A and at this one I experienced the same. I chose to cater a work breakfast with their catering and they completed the order on time and it was done right! My employees LOVED it. Smiles for miles! Food was perfect and when I went back to check for leftovers it was gone. I personally am a big fan of the CFA experience and choose them every opportunity I am able. “Excellent service. The employees were very kind. The cook handed me a gizzard when I asked if they are salty. When I asked for a sweet tea, the other employee asked me how much ice I want in the cup. I bought the 3 strip combo meal with an extra strip, The bonsai sauce, and coleslaw. Bonsai sauce is like no sauce I've ever had. It was good, borderline too swt, but I used it all. The coleslaw was awesome. The sweet tea was pretty good. Thankyou!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“The time of services matters at most of the area restaurants, keep in mind Cincinnati Greater area closes early, I arrived around 7pm nice time for dinner, meal was delicious and service was kind and mannerable smile as good customer service does. Saw a lady cleaning thoroughly outside and that gave a good impression on how my good was going to be. Tasted great! I trust this locations cooking.
