I personally love this place for the simple fact that my pregnant behind placed an order an hr to closing time, and i thought I placed the order at the location nearest my job. Come to find out, it eas this location! Which is where i usually order from so that was an easy mistake on my behalf moving too fast. I asked my fiancé to pick it up and he was pissed to because it was definitely not at the location i thought it was. He asked me if i wanted him to place an order there and im like nooo, thats inconsiderate, theyre about to close. Blah blah blah. So i was prepared to be heartbroken and end the night with no seafood boil lmao
Nonetheless, i did it through doordash and i was so upset bc i thought it was just over for me. BUT GOD!!!! THEY CALLED ME!!!!!!! They told me they would wait for me to come get the order. Baby I made it there in 10 minutes flat!!!! OK!!! OH. I WAS SO ESTATIC. They made my entire life, so polite and sweet and patient. They had no attitude at all and I really appreciated them for that. Wonderful cx service. Food is always piping hot and fresh. Sauce is banging. I always get the boom.I've been coming here for about 6 years and its always a hit. It's a little dark in here but typically that sets the mood for an intimate date or a cool night out. Would 10/10 recommend.

I’ve eaten here at least 10 times over the year or so. The food is incredible! The prices are good, even though I’ve seen people review the menu and walk out. On average, it’s probably about $30 per person, depending on what you order. Service is great, food comes out quickly, and the boom fire sauce is well…fire. I highly recommend it. 10/10

The place was super cold. Staff was not friendly at all, didn't check in to see how food was. I'll definitely be sitting to hook and reel.

Good food. But the bathroom shouldn't be open to the public. Black mold literally everywhere! Highly disappointed with the bathroom!

I give this place a NEGATIVE 3 STARS.. The bathrooms are filthy, they stink. The server never asked if we needed a refill of our drinks or anything else. The food was cold. We ordered a half pound of blue crab which held, maybe 2 table spoons of meat. Multiple shrimp of the half pound ordered still has parts of their POOP VEIN . Horrible service,

WE PURCHASED A POUND OF FRESH CRAB CLAW MEAT, AND 40 JUMBO DETAINED and PEALED SHRIMP
FOR $27 TOTAL from Jungle Jim's. Avoid this place like COVID...

Gave me extreme food poisoning after going there last night. I ordered a shrimp and snow crab seafood boil with corn, sausage, egg, and potatoes. I noticed it tasted a little off but I continued to eat anyway because it says no refunds on the menu. A couple of hours later I was sick to my stomach all night without able to keep anything down. I am still recovering and not able to eat. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the service is absolute trash. We waited so long before they even came and took our order.

The food was terrible the eggs were blue on the inside then the worker said it was because of the sauce the sauce was very watered down they were very rude and so were the people there 0/10 don’t go!!

Our food was delicious! We got the shrimp and crab combo boil with the mixed seasoning and spice. Super hot and fresh with great presentation. My only critique would be that when it says it comes with corn and potatoes, there was only one small corn piece and 2 small potatoes for 2 lbs of meat. But, everything we did have was amazing.

Is this the Krusty Krab?

Salty sauce. Gave me and baby food poisoning. Rude waiter took forever to give me the check won’t be back

What a cool place! The food was very good. For a first time I would recommend the Small combo everything boil. You get some of everything and it was all very good for us! The small is 3lbs total. The large is 5lbs. The drinks were also well made and the servers were great!

Food tasted old, shrimp were rubbery and dry.
Restrooms were NASTY!! They looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months!

This was my first dining here and I will admit next time I’m back in Cincinnati I will be coming back. Everything was delicious! The catfish was hot and fresh! My daughter loved her sea food boil. I would recommend.
