Waited in the drive thru for no joke, 20+ minutes. I had to go in and ask for our food. They started bagging it right when I asked about it. I was pretty annoyed because my son needed to be at work and we couldn't wait any longer. They're supposed to be fast food, it was 2pm on a sunday so they were busy but not 20+ mins for food busy.

This place consistently takes 45 minutes for drive thru. It’s ridiculous you could literally go eat at outback down the road for the same price and get a server and get in and out quicker then the drive through.

Love the price and love that I can get burgers for my kiddos. It's hard to find a decent only mean decent burger for a kiddo. Now about the fact there is no chicken sandwich for kids it's funny. When we go to the chick final my kids always verbally request a chicken burgers.... No cheese 🤷🏾♂️

This is the best FF chain for this decade. No one comes close to this franchise owner in SW Ohio. All three stores I've been too are managed very well. It's literally like being back in the 70's-80's.
