First time customer. I am disappointed. I order 4 burgers, chicken tenders, 2 family size fries and small cheese curds. I had to tell them the curds weren't in the bag. Got to my car to make sure all the burgers were right and the mushroom and Swiss was missing the mushrooms. They gave me a side of mushroom. Got home 25 min drive, to find out I didn't get my chicken tenders. Options were to drive back to get the food or my money (I ordered online) or they can send me a coupon for a free basket. I am thinking I don't want to return. They had 3 people working counter of putting orders together, there was no one placing orders at the counter so it wasn't due to lack of help

Some of this was possibly due to being towards the end of the day. But this was by far the dirtiest Culver's I have ever been in. The food quality also wasn't on par with any other Culver's I have been to either. In general this location just did a piss poor job of representing the Culver's brand and corporate should send someone in to correct that. If you are in the mood for Culver's I would pass on this location and go elsewhere. If this location happened to have been your first experience with Culver's do yourself a favor and go to another location before writing off the brand or settling for this location.
We don’t eat out very often due to food allergies, but Culver’s does a good job of keeping different foods separate so that it doesn’t bother me. My favorite is the Cod Dinner.

I waited roughly 1hr and 15 minutes for my food. It wasn't a big deal, there were a lot of people dining in so it made sense that it took so long. However, what disappointed me was how the manager treated us. She walked around twice giving out cards and apologizing for the wait. Yet both times she came to our table she did not apologize or give us a card. Not that I feel entitled to a free concrete mixer on my next visit, but you would think a manager would at least apologize for such a long wait. In fact, the second time she approached our table, she complemented a gadget I had on my key ring and moved on. It was just a bad experience overall. This was Saturday the 15th.

So we get a 3 fish cod dinner with 2 pieces, missing an onion ring, minus a burger, and sitting in a vat of grease. Staff is great. They just can't get an order right. I can see being off on one thing but not 3 items.
