First time customer. I am disappointed. I order 4 burgers, chicken tenders, 2 family size fries and small cheese curds. I had to tell them the curds weren't in the bag. Got to my car to make sure all the burgers were right and the mushroom and Swiss was missing the mushrooms. They gave me a side of mushroom. Got home 25 min drive, to find out I didn't get my chicken tenders. Options were to drive back to get the food or my money (I ordered online) or they can send me...
Some of this was possibly due to being towards the end of the day. But this was by far the dirtiest Culver's I have ever been in. The food quality also wasn't on par with any other Culver's I have been to either. In general this location just did a piss poor job of representing the Culver's brand and corporate should send someone in to correct that. If you are in the mood for Culver's I would pass on this location and go elsewhere. If this location happened...
We don’t eat out very often due to food allergies, but Culver’s does a good job of keeping different foods separate so that it doesn’t bother me. My favorite is the Cod Dinner.
