Honestly the entire experience was great. We had never been before, the food was great, out table was great, and our server was awesome.
Allan was amazing! We had a party of 30 and he was very sweet and took great care of us. Everything we ordered was delicious and came out fast!

Great experience. I was a plus one at an event my mother's job had. There was a buffet, free drink tickets & free game card. One thing kept me from putting 5 stars and that's due to the service and drinks. The alcoholic beverages tasted very strong of mixes. You wouldn't know it was alcohol at all. After both free drinks I couldn't really tell I had anything at all. The servers were understandably busy bc it was a big party 50+ ppl. But they all had the attitude of lets hurry and get these people out of here and go home.

Great staff, very clean, appetizers and a couple margaritas and they were perfect. Many staff to help anyway they can. Absolutely will be returning. Thank you for the invite.

I have no idea why this place is only in the 4-star range for reviews. With the deal they have on their season pass for winter and very reasonable options for kids, we were very impressed.

Terrible customer service. Received attitude from Hostess and General Manager.
Food was decent for an arcade, but about a third of the machines were out of order. Some would even take your credits and then not function. The cabinet variety was already low and this made it even worse. Would not recommend.
