Dave & Buster's Springdale - Cincinnati

We booked a business network event at Dave and Buster's Springdale and we couldn't be more satisfied with our evening. The manager, Steve, welcomed us and introduced us to our server, Taylor and it was smooth sailing from there. Taylor anticipated our needs and came back often to check on us. Our guests were very happy with the service as well. Hope to do more events at Dave and Buster's and hope we have the privilege of working with Steve and Taylor again.

Fun place with large bar in the middle. The only disappointment was that quite a few machines were either not properly working, or not working at all. Also the lady at the bar on Friday 23. May after 8p.m. was rude, not a little rude but very rude.

Took my nieces and nephew out to celebrate a birthday. We played a few hours and ordered some food. There are some pretty good games, and the food was on point! Steve, the Assistant General Manager, was very attentive while helping on the floor, and visited our table several times to make sure we didn’t need anything kindly keeping our drinks topped off our whole dinner! My burger was on point! Ty very much to Steve and the D&B staff for helping us to have a fun night! Will definitely visit again with the family!

Where is the skee ball??

Just went there for the games. I took my 17 year old son. I sent $50 on games. We had a great time. We went on a Thursday so it was not crowded. 99% of the games were working. Just a change of pace. Overall I would say it is a good value for entertainment. We didn’t have anything to eat. The entire place is very impressive.

Visited mid March. For whatever reason our 'eat n play' game cards didnt work at all. We had them replaced 3 times. They still wouldnt work. We had to buy a separate card and that was the only one of the cards that worked. All the managers where amazing expect the last one, who was rude enough to insure we will never return to a Dave n Busters again. He refused to believe our cards wouldnt work and refused to give us our money back, and refused compansate for our hour of frustrations, when we should have been celebrating our daughter's birthday. Food was amazing. Human claw is cool, but over rated and too expensive.

Dave and Buster was very accommodating when I had my son's birthday party their. We needed an extra table because more people showed up than expected. They took really good care of us and washable to serve us without an problem. The games and the customer service was excellent.

Lexi was my bartender and gave exceptional service! Every single need was met, and with a smile. It’s hard to find genuinely good service with a smile now days. Big thanks to Lexi at the bar!!!

Tl;Dr - multiple employees were rude and unprofessional, food and drink was concerning to eat bordering on inedible. Not worth time or money.
My partner and I went to this location late, at around 10:45p-11p Friday (04/25). We started off excited to have a chill time, eat some food and play some games. This isn't.what happened. We went in and talked to the people once we got in at the front table. The man at the front told us the front of place wasn't closed and we'd have to go into the game room and that the kitchen was open. I asked where the bathrooms were and he was very dismissive and told us to go to the game room again. It was rude how he explained it and I think he saw my reaction to that wasn't favorable so he explained where they were (past the bikes to the left). I was willing to overlook that because I understood it was late and they were packing up to leave (actually just standing there) and we must have been a bit of an inconvenience. So we walked to the game room used the restrooms and stood near the hoststand, that had 2-3 signs saying wait for a host. We stood there for a few minutes and didn't see a host. There was a woman near a kiosk who kept making eye contact with us talking to people and putting what I assume to be orders in. So after waiting a bit we went to the bar. The bartender turned to us and asked what we wanted so we asked about food. She looked exasperated, assumedly not at us, and told us to wait at the host stand so we did. That's when the woman who had made eye contact came over and took us to a table. She got us drinks. I ordered a watermelon redbull lemonade, I asked for an additional shot of rum. The woman asked if I wanted it separate or mixed in the drink. I was surprised but excited I could get this lemonade with a shot. My partner got an Arnold Palmer. When we got our drinks mine was an actual cocktail, but what I expected or asked for. My partner got what he asked for but it had foam that accumulated that just never cleared up... It was unsettling. We ordered an appetizer which was fine, and then waited about 30 minutes for the woman to come back to take out food order. We saw her walking around and talking to one specific larger party multiple times. Not to mention our table/booth was right behind the POS Kiosk. Eventually we put our food order in. My food was fine, loved the coleslaw. However my partner not the fish and chips, and the fish smelled so strongly of fish it was nauseating. It was abnormal. He at one point took a bite and it tasted so strongly fishy that he had to stop eating. Not being hyperbolic, it was the kind of fishy smell that makes you think the fish is old/spoiled. After another long period of not seeing the lady my partner had to wave her down so we could get the check. By the time we paid for the food it was almost 12a and the place closed at 1a. We were a bit annoyed.
Additional stuff worth noting-
There was an employee sitting in one of those booth games with the tilted seats on his phone eating.
A member of kitchen staff who was bringing out food came out at one point to the POS Kiosk and in her apron she had a speaker that was playing music so loud you can hear it over the location's music which was loud in its own right.
Overall it sucked to end my Friday there to be honest.

Staff is confused and disorganized.

Fun but expensive.

They had the claw machine broken or not fixed ...it wasnt working properly and closed even before drop down .we comapined about it they told us someone will look after it our lot of points got wasted on that junk machine & no one showed up to fix the machine we even waited 30 mins ..such a bad customer service ..we even tried to reach out to them no one answered🙄🙄such a waste of money honestly 😑😑
