Dave & Buster's Springdale - Cincinnati

This started off as a nice early evening to have dinner and watch basketball on big screen tv. We did some earlier furniture shopping and this dining option was close and convenient. Walked in, no wait. Waiter very nice and attentive. Adult beverages during happy hour were good. Food came out timely and was good. Midway through our meal my daughter looks across the aisle and says “is that a mouse”???? Sure enough a mouse in the booth under the table in plain view. Thanks but NO THANKS. We left. Won't go back. Call the health department.

Would be an ideal place to watch the game but management and servers were frustrated and rude. One server was clearly under the influence and you could smell the alcohol on their breath - other was rude and gave minimal attention to the tables we had to ask for someone to come take out drink order. Appetizers were great and drinks were great! Food came out very fast! Power bowl (protein bowl) steak was fatty and no good, Brussels were not worth it . Dessert was dry. Overall I would go back to watch a football game but I would not sit in the restaurant side of the building. Would only order starters and set low expectations for friendly service. We did get quite a bit of food for a good price - get what you pay I guess!

Food was rough. Got the nachos, that aren't supposed to come with bbq sauce, but mine did. As a bbq hater, that sucked. By the time the waiter came around again, I shared food with my husband and just said forget it. Then desserts, ordered brownie bliss. Received smores cheesecake. Had to actively get up and walk around to find waiter, to then tell him there was a mix up. Finally got the brownie bliss, just for the brownie to be half frozen. It's supposed to be a “warm brownie”. At this point, I just wanted the check and to go play games.

This location is starting to show it's age. Worn steps and handrails. Or server was very good and attentive. The surprise was the food. Our group had almost every appetizer. There wasn't one that disappointed us. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had not been for quite some time. Their were 4 of us. My self, sister, son, and grandson. The food we excellent, outer server excellent and we all had a great time playing games. Can't wait to come back. The 1/2 price games were a great value.

Great experience with our baseball team and families... fast and polite service. It was wonderful.

We had a reservation set and they were unaware..even felt frustrated. Our server did not give us a bill and set her own tip!. The 19.99 special for a play card with meal was over at 5.. so server said but it states that nowhere on website other than not honored on Friday and Saturday...we were there on Wednesday night at 545. Was not happy with service at all. Games were supposed to be half price on Wednesday night. Got no discount on paycard or on games. Will not be returning.

We booked a business network event at Dave and Buster's Springdale and we couldn't be more satisfied with our evening. The manager, Steve, welcomed us and introduced us to our server, Taylor and it was smooth sailing from there. Taylor anticipated our needs and came back often to check on us. Our guests were very happy with the service as well. Hope to do more events at Dave and Buster's and hope we have the privilege of working with Steve and Taylor again.

Fun place with large bar in the middle. The only disappointment was that quite a few machines were either not properly working, or not working at all. Also the lady at the bar on Friday 23. May after 8p.m. was rude, not a little rude but very rude.

Took my nieces and nephew out to celebrate a birthday. We played a few hours and ordered some food. There are some pretty good games, and the food was on point! Steve, the Assistant General Manager, was very attentive while helping on the floor, and visited our table several times to make sure we didn’t need anything kindly keeping our drinks topped off our whole dinner! My burger was on point! Ty very much to Steve and the D&B staff for helping us to have a fun night! Will definitely visit again with the family!

Overall, it was a great experience. I went there to celebrate my nephew's graduation. Our whole family had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone that's interested in celebrating please check them out
