Came here earlier this week and waited 10 minutes at the counter for service because the only one who could use the register was in the bathroom. Burger and shake were really good. Because I’m a glutton for punishment, came back again today and service was even worse. Guy in front of me said he had been waiting 10 minutes. Then someone shows up finally and no apology. Takes our orders. Forgets my cup so I let her take a big order then nicely with a smile ask for my drink and she snaps at me about how she’s having to do everything at once like I’m the one inconveniencing her. Food was good again, but won’t return due to horrendous customer service twice in a row in less than a week. I’d never treat my customers that way, especially ones like me who go out of their way to be nice and patient despite the inconvenience.

Placed a pickup order and it took them so long to finish it and the employees were yelling at each other and not working together properly. Would not come here again just for that reason. Not professional at all.

Nice customer service clean. The food is delicious and you have a nice patio. You can sit outside and eat your food and enjoy with a beautiful water outside.

So I ordered something through GrubHub. For some reason it took an hour and a half to arrive and what I got wasn't even correct. I don't know if that was GrubHub's fault. However, the quality has certainly gone downhill. The fries are all tiny, little in pieces, not full fries and the hot dog only had a teeny tiny little piece of cheese on it. I also asked for grill and onions and all I got was giant non-grilled onions. In just in the last 6 months the hot dogs are smaller.

Food was good. Service was beyond frustrating. The boy that took orders was great. When I realized a topping was missing from my sandwich I went to the pickup counter. I stood there waiting at least six people standing around or putting together orders I was not acknowledged until my man walked up behind me and still it was him they acknowledged. Looked over my head to ask if he needed something. I'm not the type to speak out don't want to be a "Karen" but I will be going to any other location in the future.
Called an order in 15 mins I'm advance, get there, they told me it'll be about 5 mins, so I sit for 10, just for to them to tell me they didn't have my order, only to find it, it had been sitting on a shelf literally the whole time I was in the store. Then had to nerce to tell me not to get an attitude when I got upset because they wasted my time, then the same guy threw my burger across the counter to me. Absolutely terrible customer service
