Food was good. Service was beyond frustrating. The boy that took orders was great. When I realized a topping was missing from my sandwich I went to the pickup counter. I stood there waiting at least six people standing around or putting together orders I was not acknowledged until my man walked up behind me and still it was him they acknowledged. Looked over my head to ask if he needed something. I'm not the type to speak out don't want to be a "Karen" but I will be going to any other location in the future.

Called an order in 15 mins I'm advance, get there, they told me it'll be about 5 mins, so I sit for 10, just for to them to tell me they didn't have my order, only to find it, it had been sitting on a shelf literally the whole time I was in the store. Then had to nerce to tell me not to get an attitude when I got upset because they wasted my time, then the same guy threw my burger across the counter to me. Absolutely terrible customer service

Ate here the other day and dealing with the worst food poisoning since. Only ate a little cheese burger with onions and pickles and shared fries with my mom. I have never felt so sick in my life.

Drove around the building. Arrived at a parked car. Went in and asked the employee if she could move her car so I could get out. She said no. So now I am waiting on the cop to come to have her move her car.
