Placed a pickup order and it took them so long to finish it and the employees were yelling at each other and not working together properly. Would not come here again just for that reason. Not professional at all.
So I ordered something through GrubHub. For some reason it took an hour and a half to arrive and what I got wasn't even correct. I don't know if that was GrubHub's fault. However, the quality has certainly gone downhill. The fries are all tiny, little in pieces, not full fries and the hot dog only had a teeny tiny little piece of cheese on it. I also asked for grill and onions and all I got was giant non-grilled onions. In just in the last 6 months the hot dogs...
Food was good. Service was beyond frustrating. The boy that took orders was great. When I realized a topping was missing from my sandwich I went to the pickup counter. I stood there waiting at least six people standing around or putting together orders I was not acknowledged until my man walked up behind me and still it was him they acknowledged. Looked over my head to ask if he needed something. I'm not the type to speak out don't want to be a "Karen" but...
