We ordered from this Marco's location because our normal Marco's wasn't within delivery range to where we were hosting our daughters birthday party. Let's just say we'll only be ordering from our normal location in Liberty Township from now on. We ordered 4 pizzas for the party and one of them was so overcooked that none of the kids would eat the burnt pizza and we ended up not having enough because of this. Definitely a little frustrating considering we paid $17 in delivery fee/tips and then only got 3/4 of edible pizzas.

Ordered food, said delivery was at 8:30, figured it would get here sooner, clicked on my email wondering what was taking so long, and it got delivered 30 minutes ago, no knock, no follow up. And I didn’t even get everything I ordered

Amazing Amazing and Amazing service, first time at marcos and did not disappoint!! guy taking my order was amazing. Berto was his name he recommended me the best pizza it’s called the. hawaiin there and did not disappoint me!! definitely returning to get more, get this man a raise asap!!

Pizza was good and the guy at the register I think his name was berto was really nice he talked to me the whole time while my pizza was getting ready he brought a nice atmosphere to the place
Pizza had almost NO sauce, cold cheese, paper thin, and the cheezy bread was super dry. When I told the guy on the phone about it I was told they need the whole pizza back before they can remake it because they don’t give out credits. I even text him pictures of the pizza and was told I should check it before leaving the store next time. So I guess I’m supposed to pull the cold cheese back at the counter and make sure there’s enough sauce. It’s a shame because I go there about 2 times a week. Never again.
Unfortunately, I never got my food. I waited for an hour past my delivery time and finally gave up and called in to request a refund. The gentleman who answered (Raon) said he would cancel it. I normally don't have this issue back where I'm from, They were less than 2 miles from the hotel. Even if the team members were busy, I can't see it taking that long. Plus, if they had actually delivered it, the food would have been cold. Not thrilled.
