On Aug 12th at 9:30 am I went to McDonald's and ordered a Egg& Cheese Bagel and 2 hash browns. I come here three to four times a week to get my breakfast, I get the same thing (except my bread sometimes I get a biscuit sometimes I get a McMuffin sometimes I get a bagel) today I ordered an egg and cheese bagel. EGG & ChEESE only means a bagel with egg and cheese only. So as I'm at the window I check my order because I have to check it because there isn't a day that I go that they don't mess up my sandwich, it appears to be right I see the egg and cheese no meat I proceeded to go home. First time in a long time my order is right.....I was happy. I get home (I'm 10 minutes away) sit down go to bite my sandwich and there's mayonnaise on my sandwich..... So I get back in my car I drive 10 minutes down the road go back to McDonald's go inside and I proceeded to talk to the manager and her name was Lindsay and I told her every day I come in here my order is wrong every day I get something I have to come back in because my sandwich is wrong it's just egg and cheese on a bagel.....egg and cheese!!!! So Lindsay tells me that I was wrong by saying I want egg and cheese on a bagel. Lindsay said I should have said I want an egg and cheese bagel with no sauce.......what!! What!! I really want to say that she's not that stupid but I honestly can't because when I say I want an egg and cheese on a bagel that is exactly what that means I want a bagel with a piece of cheese and an egg and that is it!!! All the McDonald's around me are beyond help.... So I drive 10 minutes to get my food and it's always wrong ..... I think everyone at that store needs to be retrained including Lindsay the manager. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to drive all the way back there waste my time my gas to get a sandwich that should have been made correct in the first place..... I'm going to have to find a different McDonald's even farther away to go to and I'm okay with that as long as they get my order correct. Do better!!!! This place needs to be shut down everyone fired and rehired to do better I see signs all the time where a McDonald's employees make $25 an hour. If you're making that much money there shouldn't be no error at a fast food restaurant at that when you can only get so many things come on people. Do better.
Ordered my food at drive through Inform them that I had a coupon for buy one sandwich, get 1 free when I went to pay for my food. They refused to honor the receipt that they had given me the day before that stated, I can buy one sandwich get 1 free. I told them to take off the charge, the employee was extremely rude. Got the manager who was extremely rude and asked me what my problem was when I politely explain that I needed them to remove one charge for sandwich because of the coupon I used. She said we don't do that here even though it's the same receipt. And they honor that the day before. When I explained that to her she got huffy, said something nasty underneath her breath slam and proceeded to remove the cost manulally, Stated they don't honor any of the receipts they print. The deals or buy one sandwich, get 1 free. I pulled forward to get my food and the employee.Just threw the bag at me from the window.I tended to ask for ketchup and condiments.And then close the window and kept it close, I have never met So rude and disrespectful.

Food was fantastic!!! Very friendly and fast. Service!!!!
Not sure why the people there don’t like me. They mess up a simple big breakfast with hotcakes every day of the week. One day no hasbrowns. One day no syrup. One day no utensils. Come on… I have been coming here for years. This has made me effectively stop. A simply mobile order cannot be accomplished here.

I went to this location due to it being in a rush. Never again.
I ordered a double quarter pounder meal, and was given a single quarter pounder, and a small order of fries.
Also, I sat at the speaker for ages for someone to even take my order when they weren't even that busy.
Yes, I could have checked my order before I left but again, I was in a rush and noticed the fries were hot/fresh at least.
Won't visit this store again.

I was looking forward to eating a double cheeseburger. At 10:55am, when I attempted to place my order in the drive thru, I was told that lunch wasn’t served until 11am. I asked them to let me order a double cheeseburger anyways, and they refused. So, I took my money to Culver’s, where I was allowed to order a double cheeseburger at 10:59am. Total clown move by McD today.

I ordered online. I ordered a bagel, bacon egg and cheese with no breakfast sauce. We'll the doubled it. I ask for a refund since I drive a semi and could not get there. They said that does not qualify for a refund. I am allergic to something in the sauce so I had to throw away the bagel.

It took forever to get our food. When we got here we were 1 of 2 tables waiting on food. We waited 25 minutes for our food. I ordered a McDouble and it wasn’t like any McDouble I’ve ever had. Normal ones have ketchup, mustard and no lettuce. This thing had mayo (and I hate mayo!) Big Mac lettuce (and I hate that shredded messy lettuce!) There was no mustard or ketchup at all. It did have tomato which never comes on them which was the only nice thing about the mix up. Otherwise it was completely wrong. Complaining to the front seemed like it would have went no where. These people either need more help or just shut down, not sure which.

Waited in line on Christmas for over 30 minutes before 7 then at 7:15 come out to say only taking DoorDash orders so regular Customer base apparently isn’t needed to survive . Such poor customer service for sure will never go back there and will post it all over facebook and other pages how bad this location is as well
They let you sit in the drive thru hoping you will pull out of line because the workers would rather goof off and congregate with each other then work

I ordered a large fry that was half full. Also, the fries are cold and undercooked. This location has gone downhill with new management.
