I got food poisoning from eating a steak bagel here Tuesday.... You should be sued and shut down I've never been sick like this in my life I was pooping out blood 😡

Dear McDonald’s franchise owners,
Congratulations. You’ve officially turned a large Coke into a luxury purchase. I stopped in expecting fast food prices and instead got a lesson in how far you think customers can be pushed. $2.25 for a Coke, while a full meal sits around $5, is an impressive level of confidence in your own audacity.
I briefly wondered if this pricing strategy came with a mission statement like “They’ll pay it anyway.” Because that’s what it feels like—less about rising costs and more about seeing what you can get away with. Spoiler alert: not everyone’s playing along.
When I politely asked about the price, I got the classic franchise-owner shield: “I don’t set the prices,” followed by the drive-thru window being shut like the conversation itself was bad for business. A bold customer-service strategy, clearly approved by ownership.
I don’t patronize McDonald’s often, and experiences like this make it easy to stay away. If franchise owners want to price soda like it’s a premium product, they might want to offer premium service to match. Until then, this location—and its pricing philosophy—will be easy to skip.

I just got breakfast for my son and me and the food was cold. My son pancakes and eggs was cold. I got a number 9 and my steak bagel didn't have the sauce that comes with it so they gave me a dry sandwich, I knew not to come here because I had a bad experience with them before. I will not shop here again. We have a family gathering out of town so I couldn't bring back the food just unacceptable.

Horrible I just came from there 6:10am they gave me cold hash browns and I ordered extra and they had the nerve to give me cold food. My steak bagel looked like a patty and was cold I'm very mad because I'm on my way to work. I will never go there again I'll drive the extra mile. They don't deserve no stars at all need all new workers or something. They was not busy so I don't understand what they doing in there. An they got the nerve to be so expensive. No thank you 👎

Had an online order code TL52 and decided to go through the drive thru. I watched the girl at the window hand my order to the car in front and then take it back and try to hand it to me when I pulled up. I requested new food since idk where the man in the previous car had been. The walked away from the window for 5 seconds and then just handed me the original food. Unsanitary and disrespectful.

Went for my normal today a Mcchicken and they gave me an old triple fried piece of chicken! Took it back and was served this one and it looks worse than the first one

I put in an online order and they said it didn’t appear on their screen, which is weird because this is the first time this has ever happened to me at this location. When I showed the white guy with dreads my online order, he didn’t even want to look, he just wanted me to read it. Also, tasting the fries, I can tell the oil hasn’t been changed. I’ve worked at fast food. The food wasn’t warm and I ate it as soon as I got it. Usually the fries are fresh, the food is warm, and the fries aren’t yellow looking at this location. I see new workers. Please change the oil like y’all used to 🙏

I placed an order and 1) was not given a receipt, 2) Wasn’t given my change of $23.07. When I pulled around to ask for my change, the young man who took my money wasn’t trained on how to open the register (which I understand—there could be some technical stuff deterring from one opening the register). He then asked for assistance from a young lady named “Gabby”. She was absolutely rude and made it clear that this was an inconvenience for her. The young man told her I was owed $27 cash as change but she proceeded to say “I can’t take her word for it I have to count the money”. She then asked me to pull to the side—I did. After about 7 minutes I saw the entire crew giggle out the window. Another young lady came out with $7 to give me. She stated, “I’m sorry my manager said this is all we have.” I told her this was NOT the correct change and she suggested to get out my car to talk to “Gabby” inside the store. I told her I couldn’t because I had 4 young children in the vehicle. She suggested to pull to the window again. I did. Gabby was very irritated that I did so. I explained to her that she didn’t give me my change and I wasn’t understanding why I couldn’t just get my $27 back. She stated “you need to come back tomorrow to speak to my GM and I don’t know maybe they can run the cameras because I don’t know what happened”. So I asked for my receipt. She gave it to me and I asked her to write down that she gave me $7 as evidence. She walked to her crew and blatantly yelled out “someone give me a pen to get this lady out of here”. I was nothing but respectful towards this young lady and I was left very frustrated. I didn’t get my money back—it feels like they completely stole from me. Based on the reviews, I don’t even think going back tomorrow is worth the humiliation of having the crew leader be rude and lack of empathy. Nevertheless, I wish Gabby the best and I hope this never happens to her. Blessings her way.

On Aug 12th at 9:30 am I went to McDonald's and ordered a Egg& Cheese Bagel and 2 hash browns. I come here three to four times a week to get my breakfast, I get the same thing (except my bread sometimes I get a biscuit sometimes I get a McMuffin sometimes I get a bagel) today I ordered an egg and cheese bagel. EGG & ChEESE only means a bagel with egg and cheese only. So as I'm at the window I check my order because I have to check it because there isn't a day that I go that they don't mess up my sandwich, it appears to be right I see the egg and cheese no meat I proceeded to go home. First time in a long time my order is right.....I was happy. I get home (I'm 10 minutes away) sit down go to bite my sandwich and there's mayonnaise on my sandwich..... So I get back in my car I drive 10 minutes down the road go back to McDonald's go inside and I proceeded to talk to the manager and her name was Lindsay and I told her every day I come in here my order is wrong every day I get something I have to come back in because my sandwich is wrong it's just egg and cheese on a bagel.....egg and cheese!!!! So Lindsay tells me that I was wrong by saying I want egg and cheese on a bagel. Lindsay said I should have said I want an egg and cheese bagel with no sauce.......what!! What!! I really want to say that she's not that stupid but I honestly can't because when I say I want an egg and cheese on a bagel that is exactly what that means I want a bagel with a piece of cheese and an egg and that is it!!! All the McDonald's around me are beyond help.... So I drive 10 minutes to get my food and it's always wrong ..... I think everyone at that store needs to be retrained including Lindsay the manager. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to drive all the way back there waste my time my gas to get a sandwich that should have been made correct in the first place..... I'm going to have to find a different McDonald's even farther away to go to and I'm okay with that as long as they get my order correct. Do better!!!! This place needs to be shut down everyone fired and rehired to do better I see signs all the time where a McDonald's employees make $25 an hour. If you're making that much money there shouldn't be no error at a fast food restaurant at that when you can only get so many things come on people. Do better.
