This location messed up my combo meal I called in to get a replacement the manager said come in whenever I’m ready to get the correct meal. Her name is Denise. I went back in today (2 days later) to pick it up and the night shift manager called her and she said she didn’t give out any credits recently. This location is unprofessional and I’ll be in to speak to the GM and District manager soon!

The drive-through here is terrible and slow. And they’re so disorganized. You could be sitting at the speaker while two cars pass you before they finally take your order. If you guys can’t handle two speakers don’t use two speakers.

I think that I'm just going to stop going to this particular location. I almost always order the same thing and use the app to place/purchase my orders but, they always forget something. Today I went out of my way to not modify my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon large meal and they always forget the bacon. I purposely did not modify the order in the off chance that me not wanting onions or pickles with somehow mess them up. Nope. Still no bacon. This has happened at least 5 times.

Never open on time... might be 15 mins late to hour 45 mins late. It's like a roll of dice when this place wants to open. Piss poor.. Probably time to find better management.
Not a very welcoming atmosphere nor service.... Employees seemed like it was a bother for me to be a customer. I was asked did I want sauce at the drive thru but didn't get any was not greeted at either window me and the employees would've had a staring contest if I didn't move things along no thank no hello nothing encountered two girls with pink hair that needs to be reminded on how to give good customer service

Placed a online order for counter pick up, but both the doors were locked no way to get my food since I walked over associates just stared at me while I waited at the door turn off your in store pickup if you aren't going to give people the food the ordered with no way to get a refund either on the mobile app?
