08/17 @9am I was ignored by ALL of the workers when trying to ask for something, when there were clearly workers just standing around bored. A guy walked in and the female manager with shoulder length hair ran to take his order when she knew I was waiting to be helped and all she did was keep looking back at me like hello??? I realized I wasn’t going to get help so I had to speak up to get their attention, 2 males helped me and were polite (they were also the ones who gave me my order which was all correct so thank them) The manager could’ve easily told me “give me a second and I’ll be right with you” I understand it gets busy but retrain your workers please and thank you because the mannerism and attitude isn’t all there for front of the house/lobby .

I’ve gotten better service from an aggressive drunk while drunk than this place. They forget something every single time. Food 80% of the time is okay meaning it’s edible and room temp. Half the managers are ghetto and just rude to other staff and or customers.

Worst staff and managers on the planet. Couldn't get food out on time. When they did it was wrong. Couldn't spare an extra sauce for the huge delay which was the majority of my lunch waiting. I strongly believe it's the people they staff.

This location messed up my combo meal I called in to get a replacement the manager said come in whenever I’m ready to get the correct meal. Her name is Denise. I went back in today (2 days later) to pick it up and the night shift manager called her and she said she didn’t give out any credits recently. This location is unprofessional and I’ll be in to speak to the GM and District manager soon!
