Decent food, okay service. There were only 2 other groups there on new years eve, and a couple people at the bar. I had to go ask the bartender to refill my water.

I am a red hatter and we had our monthly meeting there with lunch. The food was satisfactory, but our server was very rude and nasty, she even were slamming dishes and food onto the tables.. my cousin and I left two important folders on our table and she threw them away, but get this, the manager lied for her once we got home and called about it he never checked the garage or anything, how can you miss two large folders right in your face when you cleaned your own tables. There wasn't any bus boy there!!!

We had my aunt's 75th birthday party there. We had over 30 people in our party. There was no problem with the reservation. And the food came out in a decent time considering how many people we had. It was a great time.

My steak was cooked 3 times!👉🏼Than sent home cold!!!! 👉🏼Cold seriously !!The manager charged us for brown lettuce we had told her about from the beginning! That was the worst food ever! And it's a birthday. A birthday dinner ruined with this terrible food. I'm hoping it doesn't make me sick because my sandwich meat looked like Oscar Meyer lunch meat! Do not waste your money or stomach at this establishment.

$15.99 for a fish and chip meal that looks like a kids meal .. I usually order this meal every week and today the fish portions were very small I mean ridiculously small .. I wish I could add a picture with this review so everyone could see how insane this is .. I called the store and I’m guessing talked to manager who told me he was sorry but I got what I was suppose to got .. no I got robbed is what I feel like … but hey it’s cool they just lost a weekly customer

We hadn't been to ocharleys in years and went to Springdale. We met our bartender allison quickly after we sat. She was rhe best ! We would request her any day of rhe week! Drinks were delicious, food was great, and service was even better. See you again soon ocharleys!!!! Thank you allison !

I just moved to the area. I ordered the three piece chicken got no dipping sauce ordered a loaded baked potato. The baked potato isn’t even cut open no silverware all the toppings are on the side!!! NO UTENSILS!!! . I requested silverware no rolls I had to ask for my drink absolutely ridiculous. I would give a negative if I could.

I order New Orleans Cajun Pasta. It was bland so I sent it back ordered the crispy chicken salad. I knew instantly it was bagged lettuce and not a fresh salad. The chicken was previously frozen you could taste it. I will never recommend or eat here again. The only thing decent was the Strawberry Margarita

Ordered $15.00 steak. Wanted it well done. It was very pink inside. Also ordered sweet mash potato’s and got regular. I asked which Sam Adam was on tap, she said it’s seasonal.
They make more than one each season. Never did tell me which one so I didn’t get one.
She did offer me a new steak but at this point I lost my appetite . I paid cash. I should have left out $15.00 for the steak.
