My server decided add a little extra to her tip. I will never go again. Restaurant was freezing took forever for our food, server never checked back or gave refills, worst experience EVER! And to top it off the waitress stole $4.

Plaquards on table advertising special $5 deal, but wouldn't honor because it's not on waiters iPad. Later said it was for to go orders. Then why are they on each of the dine-in tables? Even hostess thought it was for dine in because they were on dine-in tables. Just confusing advertising.

We arrived and were seated immediately, and the forgot about. 15 minutes to be asked about drinks. And additional 20 to be asked what we'd like to order. 40 minutes for the waitress to inform us the food had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for someone else to bring it out. 20 minutes waiting on the check. Average enough service for a lunch or dinner rush, but for a party of two at 2pm on a Sunday? There needs to be customer service for me to rate it. The Western Hills location is so much better, and worth the extra 20 minutes out of your way if you are really looking for the "O'Charley's" experience. I would rather get a candy bar from Lowes than have to eat at this location again.Kid-friendliness: This location is NOT kid friendly, because no child has the patience to wait for the food to be ordered and arrive. As a parent, you will suffer through at least 2 melt-downs before your patty melt arrives.

Food wasn't bad, I'd go back. The waitress was pretty awesome. And the restaurant was nice with lots of tv's for watching sports.
Had the "St.Patrick day" vibe going on in the restaurant. A lot of green coming from the staff and with drink specials. My wife's food was good and she enjoyed her drink. I had the new bacon and chicken quesadilla. Not that good. A little tuff.

Great service by Kesha W. Unfortunately, she works at a location that lies to their customers, take it upon themselves to switch what you ordered with whatever they feel like. Food was not close to being cooked as requested. Very poor O'Charley's management!
