I eat lunch here frequently, sometimes twice a week... BUT...I have yet to see anyone wipe off tables.I have even mentioned this to a couple of managers who were sitting down in the dining area during lunch rush (that they failed to notice an ignored dining area for the entire 40 minutes I'd been there, is extremely telling). As this has been status quo here for months..It's clear that they expect their customers, to clean up after the customer before. The only thing thing employees do, is grab the trays wipe them, and put them down by the registers.
Well, they don’t like to respond to customer complaints. Ordered through their app and paid for the medium order of the apple pie rolls, which gives you 4. Once our order was delivered via Door Dash & unpacked it, we discovered that there was only ONE roll! I filed a complaint on the PE app, sent screenshots and receipts, & still no response or resolution! It’s been almost 3 weeks since I submitted the complaint and even sent it again. The food was subpar and the orange chicken tasted funny to me. I love their Honey Sesame chicken, but this time it wasn’t as good. Since you don’t care to respond to complaints after 2 emails, you don’t care to lose a customer.UPDATE 03/14/24: Finally, over a month later, I got a response to my email about my complaint. The “best” they could do was give me a code for a free a la carte entree! Guess I should be glad I got something, but what a disappointment after waiting, in my opinion, waay too long for a resolution. No more delivery, but will still enjoy their food. Especially if I dine at the West Chester location.

Food is always ok to good. Service is always terrible.
First visit so I really didn't know what to order but got a bowl with broccoli and cabbage. With fried shrimp on top.Pretty decent although some would consider it too spicy. Also got a cabbage (egg?) roll which I thought very good .Anyway, there are probably better choices than what I got but I doubt I'll be back to find out. I can go to the Chinese buffet up the street and get 3 plates of the same food and tip the waitress for what I paid for my meal (15 dollars) here.

Food is what you'd expect from Panda Express. Employees aren't that friendly. This is my regular, twice a week lunch.
Positives - online order was quick, food was warm. The staff was friendly and the store was clean.Negatives - I ordered black pepper angus with white rice. No exaggeration, there was 3 small pieces of steak. For the same price I could have went to the buffet and got all I wanted. Looking at the other reviews, they need to do better with the meat portions.I will give it another try in the future, unfortunately it will be the last time if the results are the same
Addison was awesome! Very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and smiled the entire he helped us with our orders! He made the experience so much more enjoyable. Service was quick, food was hot..will come back again.

I guess the noodles cost extra if you actually want noodles.
