The food is good. The aged ribeye was wonderful. Sometimes they forget to bring part of the order and you have to wait for it. It is pricey. The table was wabley.

Amazing! The jumbo shrimp bruschetta was amazing. The dirty rice and shrimp gumbo are amazing. I worked at Pappas #1 off bellaire blvd back in 1993. I know the quality of the their food and their service. It is nice to see that it has continued. Just moved to Cincinnati but I will be a regular. Absolutely top notch food, service and cleanliness. Thank you

We had a reservation and did not get seated until 30 min later. This was at 4:00 on a Saturday. The check in desk was a bit chaotic and disorganized. When we finally did get seated it took 20 min to be acknowledged at our table, then had to ask someone to find our waitress. I would say, for a $160 meal +tip (4 people), the service should be better, but our delicious meal, that did come out quickly, was worth it. I don't know if I can get my husband to go back anytime soon tho.

I got shrimp bruschetta I asked for life salt it was it it was salty. The bacon wasn’t done all the way the crab and spinach dip was watery and the fried catfish wasn’t fried hard enough with mushy in the middle. This is my fourth experience with it being bad, I don’t think I’m going back. I used to go all the time and we used to be delicious. I don’t know what happened but they have really went down.

15 years ago this was a great spot. Now the food is terrible and the atmosphere is noisy and your so close to other guest.
So many people hyped this place up to me, but it was a huge disappointment. I added my family of 3 to the waitlist, and once we arrived at the restaurant, we still waited 40 mins to be seated. Meal service from start to finish was almost another 2 hours. I had to request refills on everything. Our waiter was almost non existent. We also had to pack our own leftovers. I’ve honestly been to restaurants with better food and better service for the price, and I don’t mind spending money for a good dining experience. I wanted to love Pappadeauxbut it was meh.
It is an excellent restaurant with fantastic food! A must-stop if you are in the area!!

Amazing food and service!! Wish they had one in Columbus and Cleveland area. Too many options that were all good choices to select what to eat. Loved that the kids meal was not a traditional cheeseburger or chicken tenders, and it was seafood!! Can’t wait to experience this again!
