We used to order birthday cakes at the Sam’s Club on Fields Ertle Rd. When it closed we switched to Kemper Common Drive. Since that time we have yet to get a cake and have the order correct or the cake not lopsided. Today I also asked the guy at the door to call someone to help me load cases of water into my SUV. He told me someone was in the parking lot, you’ll have to find him. This location seems to have rude, unhelpful employees. I think it’s time I switch to Costco.

ordered through app and chose the delivery option since I just gave birth. Came on the schedule but delivered back to the warehouse which the reasoning is the item is broken as per the driver 🤷🏻♀️called the warehouse as per the customer service advised and was told that my item was reassigned to another driver on another time took a long time on que before getting a feedback.. hours passed by from the promised resched and no delivery has come yet. So much inconvinience. You offered delivery but its not how it should be?!..

I've never been more dissatisfied with a company until today! I was injured by a broken trashcan in a Sam's Club bathroom. I was cut and bled all over the bathroom. All 3 store associates I went to weren't concerned, the SUPRRVISOR handed me a bandaid and said have a nice day. He wasn't concerned so I had to tell another employee that there was blood all over the bathroom. Well by 7pm, which was 4 hours later, it was still bleeding, had to go have it looked at for stitches an

Will no longer buy from Sam's Club. Have to pay for the order before pickup. More than half the time they cancel part of the order. Too big of a hassle. And now they say I can't come into store for pickup. I need to download app to let them know I'm here and they will bring it out. Totally stupid. I was always going in to pick up something else. Not going to download an app to give you my business. Everything that Sam's does just makes Costco even happier for swinging more business to them. This business buyer went from $15000 to $25000 per month spent at Sam's several years ago to under a $1000. Costco will see over $10 million from us this year. And the most sad thing is that no one at Sam's even cares. That is their business model.
