Big shout out to the weekday morning crew at this location!! Always happy, fast, friendly and have never gotten my order wrong. Typically stop here one to two times a week/every other week (especially in the fall, hellooo pumpkin sauce) on my way to work. Easily order through the mobile app and they always have it ready to go. Thanks, crew! Y’all are the best!

Good morning everyone, On this day 10/29/24 at 12:15 pm I ordered a Venti Mocha to go. I’m a customer for years but never ordered in this location. I usually don’t check my Mocha because to my understanding it’s prepared with the same ingredients and directions. It’s a system! Well, I guess they don’t follow the step by step recipe and gave me hot milk instead with little to no chocolate and no even a bit of whip cream on it. Long story short, I’m not buying anything from this location again. My experience here hasn’t been good because I paid for a Venti Mocha not a Venti Milk. I do have to add that the staff were great and very professional but didn’t make my Venti Mocha the way Starbucks prepares it. In fact they didn’t make the way I like it! I wish they get better and start making Great Venti Mocha Again. Thanks

The bacon egg bites were not of satisfactory quality, although the beverages were acceptable. I consumed half of one and subsequently experienced abdominal discomfort. It is evident that the bites are prepared using a microwave, which compromises their quality. Consequently, I have lost my desire to consume my Frappuccino, which is unfortunate. On a positive note, the service was efficient, and I was able to obtain my order promptly.

I come here a lot. Service is fast. But today my blonde vanilla latte tasted like milk and ice. I hate complaining so I told the lady at the register about my drink and she recommended I order extra espresso in the app. I did customize my drink in the app as I always do... It's just usually this drink tastes like espresso and today it didn't. So I payed for a shot of espresso. So my drink was $8 for a tall. And the shot of espresso was so tiny it barely added anything to the drink. I'm hoping this is the last time I go to Starbucks. A latte is literally just milk and espresso and every other coffee shop puts enough espresso in the drink but I guess here I have to order extra for it to be comparable to other coffee shops. Just not worth it. See the picture for my iced milk drink lol
