Hi. I just stopped by Starbucks in Tri County to get a zebra mocha grande hot drink and a jalapeño chicken pocket. My jalapeño chicken pocket was great but my zebra mocha Grande was more than a third not filled. So I called the store back to let them know that my drink was not filled to the top And the girl on the phone said if you come back in, we can give you a refund or we can make you another one. I’ll talk to my manager. She said What’s your first and last name. Well, I thought that was strange because I’ve never been asked To give my last name for an item that I have a receipt for. So I gave her my First and last name and then I proceeded to go back to the store to talk to the Manager. I told her what happened and there was no apology or I’m sorry about that or we’ll take care of you in a happy manner. She had a frown or her face and she wasn’t very nice at all and personally I was thinking in my mind that I just wanted to get my money back, but she didn’t offer me as the girl stated on the phone. That service was horrible. I literally wanted to just turn back around and then just give it to her, but I went to church because I had to leave church to come back to return the drink. Sometimes you know when you’re going through tough times it doesn’t mean that you should project your mood onto others. I know it’s a sacrifice, but the world would be a better place if we could just sacrifice a smile and hello and thank you very much. I’m sorry about your trouble….Let’s make this right for you.
