Lady who was working “didn’t catch her name” was rude . wrongly she got my order when I told her that’s not what I order she through it away as she got annoyed and start making my order while she’s holding cleaning supplies on the other hand . I got hot latte and it was the worst I’ve ever taste from Starbucks in the whole world. Some people need to learn the skills of how to serve customers even if it’s close to the end of their shift .

Placed order online . order went to the wrong store. Reordered at tri country.aweful bacon not chrispy over heating bread so it was chewy and couldn't eat it .thrown in bag so it will as mashed. . guess I will have to drive 10 miles to the next one . never had a issue there .

Horrible customer service. My drink was the opposite of what I ordered, and for only 3 drinks it took 3 workers 1 hour to make... I DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
