This is the cleanest Subway in all of Hamilton county. The veggies, meat and cheese are always crisp and fresh and the bread is never stale. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and you can tell they take pride in their business by the way they keep their shop and treat their customers.

This place is consistently delicious, has friendly employees, and the space is refreshingly clean. I'm maybe strange in that I basically always ask for my sub to be extra toasted and this location does it just perfectly! (most places just cook it the default time, probably by habit, but I really appreciate the attention to that)

Subway's changed so much now they have this big metal thing over where you can't see the meat so you really don't know what you you're getting until you actually bite into it I don't understand why they did that but what can I say they also are extremely skimpy on it the meat even if you pay the extra dollar 99 to get extra meat it's nothing like it used to be so sad

Will not go back if the two ladies are in there working. They skimp you on the amount of meat you are supposed to get. I had to pay for extra meat just to get the regular portion. Your food is just slapped together and it isn't good. When the two guys are there they are friendly and you actually get what you pay for. I was not the only customer talking about the small amount of meat the ladies were putting on the sandwich. They need to be retrained. They will cause the store to lose business.

I ordered delivery through doordash from this location. We ordered 2 footling sandwiches, egg and Mayo only on artisan Italian. We were given egg, ham, bacon on flatbread. I got a refund through doordash and tried to reorder it since I have picky eaters. I even put in the notes, white bread egg and Mayo only. We were sent the same sandwich. When I called the store the lady that answered try to say it said flatbread. Then she said it said to add the meat. Arguing with me on what I ordered. I’ve been ordering this sandwich for years for my kids and never had this problem. She said there was nothing she could do.

I went in to get a footlong sub. The worker gave me a 6 inch and tried to tell me it was a foot. Also the part with the meets and cheeses is broken so they can give smaller portions without you seeing. The store does not take coupons and service is generally poor. I will not go back and I recommend others go to different locations

After waiting 30 mins for our food, the door dash driver showed up at the store to get our order and the store cancelled it. When I called they said it was cancelled by door dash, but after speaking with door dash, and a driver being dispatched, it was not made by the store.

Went in subway to pick up my mobile order and both of the employees working thought i was stealing food. They were repeatedly asking to see my mobile order on my phone. Why have a pickup rack if you think customers are stealing food. There was customers in line while they were insisting i was stealing other peoples order. Would not come in again
