Tee was the ONLY associate there that was nice, professional, and attentive to ALL customers. 2 elderly ladies were told to place their order by scanning the QR code. The first lady put her order in but ordered at the wrong location and was highly upset because she really didn't know what she was doing. Tee took the time to show her how to get her refund after Mya spoke rudely and totally dismissed the lady. The 2nd lady came in and was told to place her order by another crew member, Tee saw the confusion on the ladies face and stepped right in and took her order! THANK YOU TEE for being the ONE that actually cares! She deserves something special for her remarkable customer service!

The server was so rude it was embarrassing in front of my kids. She walked around with her hands down her pants. The manager was right there talking to her while she had her hands down her pants just standing there. They were loud and acting so mean for no reason.

I came to Waffle House with my mom, grandma and 2 kids on Saturday May 10th for brunch. The experience we had was completely amazing. You can tell the employees love what they do and pour their hearts into the work. The atmosphere was truly unmatched from the moment we walked in until the time we left. There was so much joy and laughter and camaraderie among the workers and it spilled over into how they engaged with the customers. We felt welcomed and like we were dining with family. I will never forget the service we received. Special thanks and shout out to Rob, Tee, Kay, Mekia, Dezzy and Anthony. It’s because of them that we plan to make this an every Saturday outing, brunch at Waffle House.
Worst service I’ve ever had! Even by Waffle House standards. I’ve met cats and dogs that could do a better job than my waitress today. In fact, most cats and dogs could do a better job. I’m not sure how the owner hasn’t fired everyone.

This is a new location I don't normally go to. It was fine just not as good as my location in Westchester that I normally go to on Cincinnati Dayton road. I got the All-Star breakfast, coffee and the water. Like I said everything was fine just not as good as my home location.

There have been multiple times ordering food from this location an either the order has wrong items or they don’t add cheese or give ya one egg instead of three that you’ve paid for that you ordered. It’s ridiculous and should not be that hard to fill the order as requested. Makes me feel like the workers have been instructed to shorten the eggs as of their customer wouldn’t know the difference!
