They shut down the lobby so they could charge people the “to-go” order. Do a better job and have a cleaner establishment. Then maybe they’d make what they deserve in tips. Not have to rob people

Customer service not so great and I still thinks it's weird not to have fries when you serve cheese burgers. They also charge you a fee for take-out and then a container fee. After taxes and fees my $10 meal came to $14 and then I left a $5 tip, making the total cost $19 for breakfast. Crazy .... Charging a fee for takeout and the container they put your food in . I have never heard of this kind of thing and never been charged these fees at other locations.

Today, around 4 pm, we were charged as "To Go" while dining in. There is a 10% gratuity automatically applied to "To Go" orders. We also tipped. When we checked the receipt, we noticed the 10% fee. We asked, she said it was for "taxes" the computer charges automatically, that she couldn't fix it. We asked for a manager, told her that we are regulars, that we never had that issue before and the fee was because we were charged as a "To Go" order. She said she was the manager (with a coat, face covered and no name tag). We had to insist for a refund, which happened. She charged us a lump sum as "Dine in" and still included the fee. The total without taxes was $33, and we still were charged $40. We gave up and paid without leaving a tip, which is sad because the food and service was good. Check your receipts! To go fee is basically a 2nd tip, if you are dining in!
