AI drive thru was a joke! Just let me talk to a person! Can barely fit a full sized truck through the drive thru without curbing your wheels. A little more room would be nice for the people that don’t drive small vehicles. Oh and did I say. GET RID OF AI ORDERING!!!!!!

Usedmobile app.to save time stopped in when food was quoted your ready. Not started order wings from wing stop same way. Went and picked up no problem r Ms came back to castle still not ready 20.minutes later I took home cold fries and onion chips and crave case.

I visited the Springdale, Ohio location July 13, 2025. When I arrived, there were only two young men working. I was greeted warmly prior to giving my order. Outside of that, my experience was not good. The restaurant looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months!
Every surface was filthy! I’m talking about the floors, counters, food preparation stations, Coke machine, condiment container, dining room floor, and the tables.
I will never go back to this location.

Food was ok--hot and relatively tasty.. The AI ordering system in the drive-thru took longer than speaking to a human. It was constantly buffering. The service time was ridiculous, and the drive thru staff said nothing to us other than our order total. Love White Castle... Just felt a little underwhelmed by this location.

Came in to the drive thru today Monday June 9th ai system wouldn’t let me add a drink said I can’t modify. When lady came on the she was rude and made it seem like it was my fault that I couldn’t see the screen or what I had ordered I drove away. customer service is and should be about the customer at no point should we feel we have done something wrong should be made to feel welcome please take the time to check in on your employees and their so that hopefully there person life isn’t affecting their professional life

One needs to learn how to read in that location.I asked for ten original sliders which means no cheese and I get ten cheeseburgers. I can't eat cheese dummies That's why I said original sliders.You need to train your staff a little bit better on original and cheese.Sliders it doesn't make no sense. It's called proof read reread before you do anything. Not door dash fault make sure to Go through the drive through or walk in because they will screw up your order on door dash every freaking time
