This was the most frustrating drive thru experience. First off, they have a robot taking orders, literally. If you’re going to be too cheap and lazy to have an actual person taking orders, invest in a touch screen so customers can put in their own orders. Then at the window the guy was mumbling to where you could hardly hear him and lacked basic customer service skills.

Went through the line tonight and when I got to the window the kid asked me if I wanted to donate to charity. I told him that I was all good and didn't want to. He responded back with "Why Not". Id tell this kid to "put the fries in the bag" but he missed half my order anyways.

I had to update my review this place is disgusting the people are so lazy walking around doing nothing me to have the health department called on this place there is dirty stuff all over one lady was working everybody else doing nothing at all food all over the floor the drink station there was nothing there no condiments drinks spilled all over the counter nobody changing gloves this place is disgusting everybody needs to be fired other than the lady manager I hope corporate sees this took me 30 minutes to get my food well I'm standing in the lobby and nobody doing anything this place is a train wreck I would shut this place down in a heartbeat

Valentine's Day at White Castle was honestly so much fun. The decor was lovely, the service was great, and it was just an all around pleasant experience. This was our first time, but we think this may become a tradition for us!

My niece called this White Castle location because he recently applied. The moment he called and conversed with one of the staff members they instantly hung up the phone not letting him utter any words. This is utterly disgraceful and super rude! I do not stand with this at all! I am disgusted on the customer service and how you lot treat people. The food and company is equally as terrible as the Customer Service. I will report back to this review if they do not give my niece a formal apology and a shot at an interview!

I'm all for voting but if yall don't do what all our ancestors did before us and make it work around your work shift and get to work lol like tf? It was the way the girl said it like they're closed beauase of voting like its some holiday... girl bye

I had the best services tonight when I came through the DT. Miss peaches was so polite and friendly. For her to be working 3rd shift she was smiling from ear to ear and gave me the best services you could ask for. Fast and friendly. Nothing makes your food taste better than receiving great services while getting the food. Only problem was the women cooking …not friendly at all

This White Castle is trash. You could order a drink and it’d still take 20 minutes. No customer service at all, parking lot and dining room is dirty. Avoid at all costs

I ordered 4 sliders and got 4 sliders with cheese. The service was so slow I had to turn my car off. The drink machine was getting worked on slowing service down further. One positive the onion chips were done not burnt.
