I just left the White Castles on Springfield Pike and Kemper Road. There was a girl working there seems to be new and seems not to be feeling well. The girl needed help with my order, I experienced two older women being totally cruel and humiliating to her. To the point where she began to cry and ended up leaveing the store. Nobody even noticed The manager Mike was there as though he did not know what was going on. This was absolutely horrible in unprofessional. this young lady is somebody's child this child was the only African American worker in there at the time because Tammy the manager had already left. These two old white women should be ashame of themselves. I will not let the treatment of that young go without a complaint.

The drive-through speaker is just an automated robot with voice prompts. Very difficult to navigate. After I finally placed my order I thought I would get better experience at the window, but customer service is very poor also…. I will never come back to this location. !!!! I really don’t like the drive-through robot!

The atmosphere was kind of bad. The employees seem desgruntled and fussy. The window cashier and the counter cashier were arguing about the placement of an item.I gave her a coupon for a free double but never received it. Unfortunately I was visiting from out of town and can't go back to get it.

Ordered at the drive thru. Service was very slow. There was only 1 car ahead of us, but still took 10 minutes after placing the order to pull up to the window. When we got to the window, it took another 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there. Only to tell us we were waiting on the onion chips. That took a another 5 or so minutes. The food was fresh, hot and good, but it took more time than we anticipated. When we were sitting at the window and not seeing anyone for the first 5 or so minutes, I was very tempted to walk inside to make sure they hadn't forgot about us. But spending 20 minutes in the drive thru at a fast food restaurant is ridiculously to long!

I ordered my food. The cashier tried going back and forth with me about the food I’m spending my money on. My food came out with pickles after stating I wanted cheese and onions only. She kept saying so no pickle, repeatedly! The cook came to the window and corrected my order. People make mistakes. However, to go back and forth on how I want my food prepared is very ignorant for a customer service rep.

AI drive thru was a joke! Just let me talk to a person! Can barely fit a full sized truck through the drive thru without curbing your wheels. A little more room would be nice for the people that don’t drive small vehicles. Oh and did I say. GET RID OF AI ORDERING!!!!!!
