Food was ok--hot and relatively tasty.. The AI ordering system in the drive-thru took longer than speaking to a human. It was constantly buffering. The service time was ridiculous, and the drive thru staff said nothing to us other than our order total. Love White Castle... Just felt a little underwhelmed by this location.

Valentine's Day at White Castle was honestly so much fun. The decor was lovely, the service was great, and it was just an all around pleasant experience. This was our first time, but we think this may become a tradition for us!

I had the best services tonight when I came through the DT. Miss peaches was so polite and friendly. For her to be working 3rd shift she was smiling from ear to ear and gave me the best services you could ask for. Fast and friendly. Nothing makes your food taste better than receiving great services while getting the food. Only problem was the women cooking …not friendly at all
