Ordered for delivery and Wingstop had DoorDash deliver my 50 wings, Harold got out of his vehicle with my wings and a large drink. I did not order a large drink. Harold took the picture, picked up his drink, went back to his car, came back and TOOK MY WINGS back! Manager stated there was a duplicate order…..we could come pick ip the cold wings ourself….did NOT to make fresh AND takes 10 days to refund my money!
UPDATE: spoke with the NEW manager who asked for an address so she could send a gift card. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Maybe wanted to put us on the black list…

Order was done through Door Dash. The Door Dash service and delivery driver were outstanding!! Wingstop shorted our order and refused to refund my money because it was done through Door Dash. The wings were sub par. Some of the wings seemed to only have half of the meat on them yet still counted as part of the complete order. I will not be ordering from Wingstop again.

The Hispanic girl with the blue hair is so hardworking and sweet! I honestly could see her as a manager. She’s the best worker there. I’ve been coming to this Wingstop for the past year, and she’s the only worker I’ve consistently seen the whole time. It seems like there’s new management as well. I also love how happy and friendly the team seems to be with each other. I never get a bad meal from this place!

Called from my credit the manager said that she couldn’t find my credit anywhere but the lady that was on the phone said they always messed up on the phone numbers and that sorry we can’t help you so I’m entitled because I got upset because They didn’t do their job right So the manager with the Lip ring was so nasty and threatened to call the police on me

I’m 24 weeks pregnant and all I was craving was wing stop. Specifically garlic parm flat with Cajun fry’s. So I did a mobile order and use the deal 20 wings 10 boneless and 10 classic with a large fry and 2 sauces. My husband picked the food up just to get home and we got 20 boneless wings. I hate boneless lol only my husband eats those. So I call and the only way to help is to bring all the food back so they can remake the garlic wings. At that point the fry’s will be cold and the other wings will as well. Everytime I order here something is wrong. Cold food, feathers in wings, no seasoning on fry’s, missed sauces. This establishment has some really shitty workers who act like they hate their jobs and just treat people like shut. Tired of wasting money here.

We got our food. The fries were not even put in a container or bag and they were all over the bottom of the bag and cold. The chicken had no flavor. It was supposed to be garlic parmesean. No flavor. A horrible experience. Probably won't come back

Did a mobile online order today. When I got to the location to get my order it was not ready or even started because nobody even acknowledged the order. I did not realize the app had refunded my order since nobody from the location acknowledged the order. I then had to place my order and wait for it. Also the the drink machine has almost nothing in it. The only two things left in the machine was hi-c drinks. Absolutely no sodas whatsoever so ever! Food was fresh but not very good!
