Came across this restaurant on google and decided to give it a try. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted and made to feel welcome, it feels very homey and like stepping into your aunt’s kitchen. Very authentic food, delicious and very fairly priced. I love Zona VIP! The food is fantastic and the service is great. As far as what to get, I recommend the Empanadas for a nice snack, and if you want something hearty the Bisteck a Caballo is amazing (it's a flat steak with sauce and an egg on top!).
Yesterday I visited Zona VIP for the first time. It has been on my bucket list for a while, but I have not had the time to eat here. My first visit did not disappoint. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa and all the components of the dish were delicious. The Chicharron, chorizo, carne asada..down to the arepa and fried plantains were terrific. I will definitely return soon.
