I LOVE 7 Brew, I actually used to be alll about Starbucks until they came to town. Recently, I had cut back on how much coffee I was drinking and was a little frustrated that the last few times I had gone to 7 brew I could order the same drink I ordered previously but yet when I was repeating the order and got it, it just would be off. Today I was craving a peppermint mocha, with cold foam and peppermint sprinkles. I had texted my order to my girlfriend and she went out, honestly I’m disappointed. Doesn’t taste like peppermint, just seems to be a white chocolate blondie, and doesn’t even have the peppermint sprinkles. Just overall bummed because I was once again, looking forward to a coffee I KNOW I love and the money was spent just not to receive what I was looking forward to. Of course I struggle with speaking up, but last few visits it’s just been so hit or miss it’s making me want to save my money and suck it up for a coffee at home.

I order the new Santa sugar cookie drink frozen this what I get no whip no drizzle it taste was bad I went home and fix it up myself it was my first time being there won't be going back. Be back at coffee Express 100%

It was my first time at this 7brew location and its safe to say that I wont be back. It took forever to get our drinks and when we did receive them, one of them was the wrong size. Instead of simply just remaking the drink, I saw them just pour it into a large cup and top it off with a little bit more energy and cream. I decided to just let it go but wish I hadn't. The drink tasted as bad as it looked.
