Quite possibly the slowest Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. We were in there for over 2 hours. The restaurant was half empty but we needed to wait 10-15 to be seated. Drinks were sitting on the bar for ages before they were delivered. Food took forever. We would have gone elsewhere had we known it would have taken that long.
However, there was a waitress-in-training who did a great job! I know the hold up wasn’t her fault

Ordered a to go order for inside pick up. I had ordered 4 items and silverware. When I entered I was told to go to where the to go order are and my bag was ready. After checking the bag I had only 2 of the items I ordered and no silverware. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to receive my missing items. At which time the hot food was cooled and the shake was melted.. try to avoid this location if possible

My boyfriend and I sat down to eat. Was around 1 when we got there. Sat there for a good 30 minutes with plenty of servers walking by us. No one even greeted us or gave us drinks. There wasnt even a large amount of people in there. Any time we’ve come in there they always take forever to greet us or even seat us.
First there is no one in there eating and they made we waite 10 min then when we get seated the table is dirty and the lady handed me a rag to clean it 🤦🏼♀️ and then didn't bring our drinks out till after our food was there ! Just crazy

We had a to go order. waited 22 minutes for the food to arrive to the car. When food arrived my order had 4 riblets...WHEN before had at least 8. their excuse was they shortened the order because of Portion control. They now have to portion control but do not CHANGE THE PRICE. My riblets were dry and without taste. The BBQ SAUCE was not as tasty as before. Management SUCKS. The server was helpful apologetic but had no control over anything. The bourbon chicken was good. Small portion...but good. We will NOT BE BACK. Thank you for a horrible anniversary dinner.

Edit 2: Updating to 4 stars as I had a double there today that was already ready and waiting and hostess was present and acknowledged my existence.
Original 1-star review: Employees ignore doordash. I've been doing various orders throughout town and this place is absolutely the worst in terms of not caring whatsoever about acknowledging a driver's existence or providing prompt, or any, service. I will decline future Applebee's orders and am leaving this review as a customer advisory to expect slow food at best here.
Edit: updated to 3 star as I had an order another time during the day and there was a runner actually getting orders out
