Every time I come in, they are short on servers. My friend and I came in for lunch on a Saturday, and there was only 1 server waiting , busing and serving tables, and 7 people were in line to be seated and only 1 section of the restaurant was in use besides the bar area. The wait time was 15-20 minutes, which was really 30 +. 2 people left, and 3 were seated and Finally, we were seated when another server came on duty. Service was good ,food was hot and delicious 😋 Hire more servers Applebee's!

This location is by far the slowest most incompetent location I have ever been to. Maybe things are different in cornfield county Hee-haw USA. I will certainly never return to this location. 30 minutes to get an appetizer is not acceptable. Asking for a water and the server walk away and not return for 10 minutes is unacceptable. Just added. OH FORGOT WHY do you need 3-4 hostesses standing at counter checking people in when nobody gets seated because there are NOT enough waitresses to serve the other 15 + empty tables, 1 hostess, and 3 more waitresses. POOR MANAGEMENT
Don't go here if you do not want to wait for a table even though there are 10 to 15 tables empty. We were told they didn't have enough servers, this has been going on for over a year, maybe two, my wife and son left after waiting 30 minutes to be seated months back. Our group of six waited at least 30 minutes this time most likely closer to 1 hour. So if you go here to drink a couple of beers with your dinner or to watch a game on their TV, that is all you will get to drink. We were all told by the server that the manager and restaurant will not serve more than two drinks to anyone. Was told they are a family restaurant, not a bar. Maybe change the SIGNS that ALL say Applebee's GRILL and Bar to Applebee's family restaurant. It's NOT worth the WAIT!

Adela was great and understanding as for online ordering that needs to be fixed. I ordered online for pick up wanted some mixed drinks, but website made me order a food item to get my drinks. So I had ordered a mozzarella app. Upon arrival I was called and informed that there policy required more food to number of drinks and that I need to order more food. Issue here is that if this is the case it needs to be made that way online. But Adela explained this issue and was willing to work with me and take care of this. So I put five stars for her but as for Applebees the restaurant they deserve no stars. Thank you Adela. World needs more people like you.

There were very few tables occupied. We were told 5-10 minutes for a party of 6 . I watched them sit a party of 2 in a very large booth. So, 20 minutes later, we are still waiting to be seated. So we left and went down the street and had a nice meal. It's no wonder this place is on the verge of going out of business.

We never got sat down we waited to long and left to Texas Roadhouse which was way much better. if they want this place to keep going they need to fix their staff..
Service is hit or miss (but typically have great service), and always great food. Love the budget friendly lunch menu, and also the 2 for $25 deal. This great for those who like to buy one for now and one to take home later for a quick heat up meal after work.
Dietary restrictions: Great place for those who need high protein lower carb options and it lists calorie count for those who prefer to count as a means of dieting.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Skylar, Pam, Emily and Maddie are professional and energetic! I usually sit at the bar. I grew up in the area so Applebees has always been the place to go! I can say the management staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and absolutely amazing!!!! Angel is a diamond in the rough! She has turned that store around from a few years ago! I can’t even put in words how delish my food is! No matter when I visit I have never been let down! The cooks are superb! Thank you Angel and STAFF!

Angel is the worst GM ever. As customers are waiting to be served she calls “staff meetings” just to yell at said servers while customers are within earshot.
